"Harry, Harry, wake up!" Ron yelled to his best friend who occupied the bed. The figure of Harry stayed completely still and made no sign he was awake.
Quite worried, Ron now tried to think of his options. He has been trying to wake his best mate for over half an hour and no luck. Should he go to the hospital wing and tell Madam Pomfrey? He knew how much his mate hated the hospital wing and people fussing over him. If he wasn't going to get a professor he should go and find Hermione,i she might be able to help.
Running into the Gryffindor common room he spotted Hermione on the red couch with a quill in her hands doing homework. "Hermione" he yelled as he stopped at the couch.
Pushing her bushy, knotty hair back out of he face she revealed her brown eyes full of emotion. "Ron! Where's Harry? I have been looking for you two all morning. Oh Ron, you missed breakfast!" She said back, quite annoyed.
Not letting her say anything else because he was worried leaving Harry by himself, he answered,"Come up to the boys common room quickly! Harry won't wake up, I'm worried".
As soon as he answered they both ran up stairs to the dark boys doom. Opening the door, Hermione ran to the bed that Harry occupied. "Harry, Harry Wake up!" She yelled while shaking him with all her strength.
No movement came from Harry, it was like he was frozen still. Hermione reached out and moved some hair away from his green closed eyes, not even a twitch from touching him.
Ron, who was sitting on the side of Harry's bed commented, "Maybe he didn't get enough sleep last night and is to tired to open his eyes".
"No, he is not usually like you who wouldn't wake up if a bucket of cold water got tipped on him, this is unusual and I am very worried" she answered, the added," he usually wakes up as soon as his name is called once, his a very light sleeper"
Rearranging herself to get a better look at Harry, she examined him. He didn't look different in anyway, he actually looked quite peaceful like nothing has ever harmed him in his life. This was usual because Harry was used to have nightmares every night since he first defeated Voldemort.
Too focused on her thoughts, she didn't notice Ron had left the room only to return with a bucket of ice, cold water. "Ron! What's that for?" Hermione yelled at Ron. After putting the full bucket on the wooden floor he answered, "You said you could wake me up with a bucket of cold water, why don't we try it in Harry?"
"When was the last time I threw a bucket of cold water on you? I didn't mean it literally!" Hermione answered placing her head in her hands, sometimes Ron is really an idiot!
"Well it's worth a try" he answered before Hermione could stop him Ron poured the bucket full of ice on top of Harry. Suddenly, woken from his deep sleep, Harry jumped out of his bed yelling, "What the heck" he scanned the room for the person who poured the ice on him.
Noticing he didn't have his glasses on he put them on to reveal his to best mates. Ron holding a bucket looking happy and Hermione looking relieved. Before he could say anything else a crying Hermione ran up to him and hugged him, pushing him down. "Harry, your awake"
