Eli and Trixie 6 Hours After Into the Shadows

After celebrating Eli's birthday later Eli went to his room to think removing his shirt and boots in the process.
"I really should be more careful on who I trust." he sighed. "I can trust Trixie, Kord, Pronto and a few others but I still must be careful."
Then there was a knock on his door and he opened it to find Trixie standing in front of him.
"Hi Trix you ok?" he asked.
"I could ask you the same thing I heard you muttering that you should be more careful on who you trust." she replied. "Ok if I come in?"
"Sure." replied Eli closing the door behind Trixie.
"Eli I don't blame you about trusting Tad he decived us all and I'm glad you didn't fall into that hole like last time." Trixie told Eli.
"Me too." replied Eli. "And wheater Tad likes it or not he shares his Dad's fate in the Deep Caverns."
"That sounds almost amusing and you wish we'd get people out of the holes." replied Trixie.
"Yeah but only one: Dad." replied Eli. "I miss him truly do."
"Yeah I can see that." replied Trixie handing Eli a tissue. "I guess that message made you miss your Dad even more."
"You could say that Trix." replied Eli wiping his eyes with the tissue. "But I will honour him and fight the good fight. Changing the subject I like the name Piper better when it was the name of a Storm Hawk."
"Ah your action figure's TV show." replied Trixie looking at the Storm Hawk toy that was part of Will Shane's old treasure. "What was that Piper like?"
"Good hearted, cared about the good of her world." replied Eli modestly.
"Ah that sounds better." smiled Trixie then she saw Eli looking tired. "You best get some rest."
"I will but Trix I'd like you to stay." replied Eli. "No moves of anything."
"I get it Eli we'll do that when you're feeling happier but you get this has a last 16th birthday present." replied Trixie and she kissed Eli and they laid on Eli's bed. "I love you Eli."
"I love you too Trixie." smiled Eli as they both fell asleep.
