Catching Fire the movie has my head reeling over *SPOILERS* Finnick's death all over again. I'll only be content if the author brings him back, but that's not happening...So, the next best thing: write a Hunger Games fan-fic. Since I can't create 26 unique characters on my own, I decided this fan-fic will allow YOU to volunteer your own tribute. Yes, you may relate your characters to the books' characters if you'd like. *After the rebellion, District 13 was punished by being raided and forced to participate in the Hunger Games. Their weapons were confiscated by the Capitol, rending them defenseless.
*Security has been tightened in all districts: force fields now prevent anyone from leaving their district's territory.
*District 12 had been rebuilt as a tiny, struggling town even poorer than before.
