Chapter 1
"New York?" A female said, "Joey, are you sure about this?" Joey, a blond male with a Brooklyn accent and warm honey brown eyes, nodded. He was sure about this. Besides, it would be him, his boyfriend, yes he was gay anyone dare question that got a black eye. Curtesy of both lovers. Not to mention their friends/rivals.
"Please Yugi?!" He pleaded, "I already asked Ryou and Marik, and they said yes, why won't ya go?!" Upon hearing the laughter coming from the petite female, Joey realized he was played. "Oh... oh, ha ha ha, very funny Yug!"
Yugi just smiled apologetically. "Sorry Joey, I couldn't help myself. Of course I'll go! Yami is allowed to come, right?" Joey nodded. He had gone over that with Seto. They knew, that the three lights wouldn't dare leave their darks. Ryou had to keep Bakura in check. And Marik, she just liked having Mariku around. Said he was very snuggly and even more sexy. As for Yugi, Yami would go with her one way or another.
"One way, or another, I'm gonn a getcha, I'm gonna getcha getcha getcha! One way, or another..." Yugi laughed as the song blared through Joey's phone, which he had turned on. He didn't realize the radio was on, nor did he recognize the station that was on, or the song.
"I'll see you tomorrow Joey!" Yugi ran into the Kame Game Shop, happily skipping to her room. She took out her suitcase.
'I'll tell Gramps tonight,' she thought as she quickly closed the door and headed to the kitchen, where both Yani Grandpa were.
