Summary: Neville is missing Dean and going through a hard time, but dean can't help him. Why? Because Dean is dead.

When I think back on these times and the dreams we've left behind…
Neville remembered how much he missed him, how abruptly he left, and most of all how much he loved him. All their dreams were ruined, they were going to get married and have a baby. He slammed his fist down onto the table and let out a single sob.
I'll be glad 'cause I was blessed to get to have you in my life…
He remembered the kisses, and the sweetness of his scent, all the love and affection that he showed him throughout his 5th, 6th, and 7th years. The way he would smile shyly even though they'd been dating for a year. He was always confident with the others, but with Neville he was shy, and sweet. His poor, poor Dean.

He sat there silently praying for his baby back, it was his fault he was gone his fault that he was…dead. The realization hit him…dead. He fell to his knees. 'I've been living in denial.' He thought to himself. And it was the truth; many faces had come to see his progress Harry, Ron, Ginny, Hermione, Seamus, Dean's mum and dad.

He had pictured in his mind the day that it happened; Voldemort let out an experimental curse, one that Snape invented, He saw his loves spirit physically part with his body and then his body disincarnate into ashes. He always dreamed that he could see him smiling down at him.

Neville sighed sitting back down in the armchair when he realized he had been pacing. He knew he'd see dean again, if not in this life then another, and if not in another life in the after life. He smiled and looked up into the heavens above.
"I'll meet you up there darling."
He smiled a real genuine smile,
"And there you'll be."
