Elfen Lied- A New Beggining

Not necessarily the full out story. I wanted people to critique and tell me if I should go on with this story. If you happen to read this, thanks! I appreciate it. This is my perspective of how the story would turn out. It's not my best, but I wasn't in the mood to type up a long story as my first. I'll save the best for last. Enjoy!

Elfen Lied: Return.

Authors Note: Elfen Lied is an anime/manga in which this story is inspired by. I think it'd be best to watch it/read it before you read this.

Kouhta stared at the door, recognizing the shadowed figure that was behind it.

But it couldn't be her. Nyu was dead. There was no way it could –

The door slid open.

"KOUHTA!" Nyu shouted. She embraced him with her frail arms. He kept himself from crying, realizing how much he truly missed her. They hugged for at least a minute when Yuka walked outside.

"Kouhta.. Is that?" Yuka stumbled over her words. All Kouhta could do was nod. He couldn't believe his eyes either.

All three of them joined into a hug. Nyu was silent, tears strolling from her eyes.

"Kouhta look!" Yuka pointed at Nyu's head. There was a small rump that resembled the horn that was once there. Dry blood was on it.

"We better get her cleaned up." Kouhta spoke sympathetically. Yuka nodded.

"Mayu, Nana! We have a visitor!" Yuka spoke. The two girls ran to the door.

"Nyu!" Mayu shouted. She broke into the tears she hasn't had since Nyu disappeared. Nana stood there, confused. "I can't sense her… What.. This isn't her. She has no hor—" Nana stopped talking. She saw the rump that was on Nyu's head.

Nyu still hasn't said a word since she got to the house. They all had happy, yet worried expressions on their faces.

This is not the story! I just wanted to publish a piece so I could get any of your critiques on whether to continue or not.
