Sam had always sneezed in threes. He'd almost stopped noticing it when he went to college and Dean wasn't there to tease him or count.

After he'd joined Dean, the teasing started again. The counting sneezes and the telling interviews to hold their blessings, he wasn't done.

What he hadn't banked on was the caring after the cold got too bad. He found himself in bed, with almost everything a cold victim could want.

Then came the jabs. A look at Sam's list, a raised eyebrow. "Dude, seriously? Who uses handkerchiefs anymore?"

And Sam sighed happily. Something would never change.
