The Age Of Exploring
Chapter 1
A young pokemon about a few feet tall stood over a small grate. It made a small noise, which the pokemon jump and run away.
"I'll n-n-never become a dungeon explorer." It muttered before looking up. It stared at the sky, it's red cheeks sparked with electricity.
"I am Pika!" Pika yelled in the air.
"Keep it down will you!" A small pink and tan pokemon called.
"I am Pika the Pikachu, and you ar-"
"Skit the Skitty, so you know Pika you need a partner to join the guild." Skit said a small smirk crossed her face.
"Then can I join you?" Pika said stretching out his small hand.
"Alright, I needed a partner myself." Skit said turning around and placing her tail down on Pika's hand. The two Pokemon walked up to the guild again. They both stood on the grate on at a time and after Pika went they were both let inside.
"Ah! Look Skit!' Pika said pointing to a Furfrou who was looking at the missions board with a Fennekin on it's back.
"Come on Lena! The Fennekin called.
"Alright, blitz!" Lena said smiling. The two pokemon told the Chatot and Delibird,before setting off on their mission.
"Welcome, Welcome!" A Chatot cheered it's wings stretched open. The two new partners walked up and looked around. Chatot told them about the guild and the exploration teams. When that was all done, Pika and Skit talked to the other pokemon.
"Hi! I'm Skit!"
"I'm Pika!"
"Well, Hi. I'm Stunk." A Pokemon muttered it's eyes in a glare before stalking off.
"Yeesh." Pika shivered. "That was creepy."
"Yea..." Skit murmured tilting her head.
"Come on Char!"
"Coming Kip!"
Suddenly a Charmander and a Mudkip ran full speed into Skit and Pika.
"Oh, Sorry!" Kip said getting up his eyes bright.
"Yea, sorry!" Char said brushing off the dirt from what shoulder he had.
"It's ok! I'm Skit and this is Pika." Skit said, while Pika was staring at the jobs board.
"Why don't we take a job on together?" Kip said. "I'd be glad to help after we ran into you."
Char, pika, and Skit laughed. They all gave a nod and looked at the board.
"hmm, so this one?" Pika asked his eyes staring at one it read
"Missing Stone!"
"Alright!" Char and Kip said in unison.
"Sure." Skit said nodding her head and jumped up.
"Let's find us a stone."
