A Fallen Angel's Thoughts

A Fallen Angel's Thoughts

Hi! I finally wrote a Tenchi love story. There is so little love stories in fanfiction.net. I'm gonna write a whole lot of them 'cause Tenchi rules!!!!! Anyways This happens between No Need for Ryoko and No Need for a Conclusion. Well actually, it kinda continues to No Need for a Conclusion. This is Ryoko's thoughts about Tenchi when she was wounded. Please enjoy and I don't own Tenchi Muyo/Universe/or Tokyo.

Ryoko's POV:

Black. Nothingness. A painful oblivion surrounded me. I stumbled through the darkness, trying to find a way out. Desperately groping for an exit, I trip. Pain rips through my body. "AAAH!" I screamed. Then I woke up. I try to sit up in my spaceship, Ryo-oki, but a sharp pain stabs me in my side. "No use," I muttered. Gingerly, I touched the wound. It was still bleeding slightly. "Meow?" Ryo-oki asked. "I'm find. I just need to dress the wound," I weakly replied. Tenchi crossed my mind, and I feared for his safety. Kagato was a worthy opponent. "Tenchi, why did you leave me?" I wailed. I knew deep down he would never, but that didn't ease my physical and mental pain as I wobbled to the first-aid kit. Tenchi was the one who thought of the first-aid kit since he was such a cautious person, I wistfully thought as I bandaged the wound. I slid back into my chair. "Ryo-oki, take me to a bar. I need some beer," I commanded. With a meow, my faithful companion traveled to the planet Curium.

After a few gulps of beer, my thoughts wandered to the earthling who stole my heart. Memories of him finding me, taking care of me, holding me, saving me, talking to me flooded my mind. "Blast it!" I yelled. Tears streamed down my face, and I felt out of place in this jubilant crowd. "I don't need you, Tenchi Masaki," I whispered. "Ryoko. Fancy meeting you here," an extremely catty voice said. "Nagi, have a seat," I replied. She ordered a beer also and began to drink. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Ryo-oki and Kenoki give each other loving looks. The pulsing lights, the happy music, the cheerful chatter started to grate on my nerves. "Nagi. Why are you here? Do you want to continue the fight? I'm more than ready to accept. "I wanted a drink, that's all. Beside you're weak. Why aren't you with that boy of yours?" she responded. "He's not mine. He never was," I quietly whispered, but she heard my pathetic whimper. "He's yours and you are his whether he likes that or not. You two have an unmistakable bond. I notice these things," she stated. "Nani?" Then she surprised me. "Go to him. You're the only one he truly loves." I nodded, a smile on my face and left the bar, Ryo-oki on my shoulder.

When I reached earth, I didn't jump on Tenchi. I stayed behind the shadows and watched him for a while. He was obviously was down, and I understood his loneliness. "Ryoko," he whispered. He misses me! I thought. Following him down the shrine, he suddenly whirled around. "Ryoko?" Tenchi looked at the cherry blossoms but realized it was an illusion. He turned back around and shook his head. "Tenchi," I seductively said. Looking my way, his eyes filled in happiness. We stared at each other, reaching the depths of our souls. Then if flew into his arms. "Ryoko," he began, but I cut him off. "I'm not going to do anything crazy. I just missed you." Smiling at me, he said," I missed you alot." "Don't worry, Tenchi, they'll come back. I promise. Life is like a carnival. Good times come and go. But if you wait, they always come back," I said. We held hands and walked back to the shrine together.

Author's note: I love Ryoko and Tenchi. I think this is the perfect romance fic that proves the bind between each other, so all you Sakuya/Ayeka (mostly Sakuya fans) can shove up your @$$ if you deny the bond between Ryoko and Tenchi. Tenchi obviously loves Ryoko. REVIEW!!!!!!
