On Saturday, I went to the mayor with concern about the people from other countries in the newspaper. A Frenchman, a German, and a Spaniard had gotten drunk and paraded around the park and across the city singing rude, crude, and socially unacceptable songs before the police were called by a citizen. They were arrested and put in jail. I told the mayor that before the election next year, he needs to do something about both our drinking policy and our foreigners policy. I do not want to see this happening again. If I were to look toward the future, I do not want to see a bunch of foreign drunks wondering around.
