~This is told from the view of Remus Lupin!! There's no slash (sorry for
all you slash lovers out there!) In fact there is no romance at all... well
a little Remus/Tonks implied... Oh well!! Oh and I know I should be
working on Raging Hormones but I have writer's block on that story and this
one just came to me and I want to get it out of my head before it drives me
crazy!!!! Heeheehee sorry I think I got a little carried away there. Ok
on with the story!!~
As I finished apparating into an American home, I realized that an invisibility cloak would have been real useful right about now, as the young muggle girl stared at me with a face mixed of confusion and fear. She couldn't have been older than about fourteen, with her still somewhat childish facial features. A young Tonks... said a small Sirius-like voice in the back of my head, I smiled inside myself at the replica of at thirteen year old Tonks, almost forgetting that I had just apparated into a room with a muggle. Hey, she saw you apparate into HER room, you may as well explain everything.
Oh great. How do I explain this one? This would have been a good time for me to know how to do the memory spell correctly...
"Er... sorry about intruding on your home, but er...." hmmmm what to say what to say....
"Who-" the girl stuttered "who are you? What do you want?"
"I'm Remus Lupin" I may as well be formal. I put my right hand out towards her, "Nice to meet you Miss...?"
"No, you can't be, you're insane, this is impossible... wizards and witches and magic and...and werewolves don't exist! It's all a story! A book!" How did she? But she's a muggle? How?
Well it doesn't matter, the only way is for me to get through this is for me to show her some magic. As I took my wand out of my robe she grabbed a book near by her and threw it at my head. I fell backwards and by the time I had gotten up again, she had left the room
I figured that since she wasn't screaming, that no one else was home, so I took my time. I looked at the book she had thrown at me, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. How on earth.... For the first time I actually looked around the room. There were posters that said things like Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix comes out June 21st witness the magic!
There was also a pile of books, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. A box of action figures that were on brooms, and even a broom leaning against the wall. I don't know what's happening, but if this is the place, then Sirius will be able to explain all of this to me ~Sorry! I know it's short! I promise that I WILL update by this Saturday!!! Please review! It won't necessarily make me update sooner.... but it will make me happy!! Thanks anyways! Oh and plz no flames!~
