Cassie.
It was demeaning, horrible and designed for normal humans. Which she was not in any circumstance. She would never truly be a human. She would always think in the way of a Djinn. She would always act as a mix of the two.
She let Isabel get away with it though, because she was a child and had gone through a lot. She was the only one, nobody else would even think of calling the pink haired albino Cassie.
Djinn knew her as Cassiel. The Djinn knew her as a dangerous person. She was still dangerous, even as a human. She could use her Djinn powers if she had that link from a Warden. She had learnt how to use it slightly so it only used a tiny bit of her storage. She had learnt how to control herself completely. That was what made her dangerous, both as a Djinn and as a human.
Cassie undermined that. It undermined her life, her millennia of living, and her impersonal looks. It undermined it because it showed that somebody cared about her.
It showed her, strengthened her in a way nothing else did.
