Hey guys here's a little one-shot I thought of when I was listening to Taylor Swift's song 'We are Never Ever Getting Back Together' I hope you all enjoy it! And if you're waiting for an update follow me on Twitter my username is _LifeLoveLive_.
Disclaimer: I don't own Taylor Swift's song 'We are Never Ever Getting Back Together' I only used it as the inspiration for this story. And I don't own That 70s' Show. And I know that their first break up on the show isn't the one I'm using in this story.
Jackie ran her fingers down her tear stained face as she slumped down against her wall. She remembers the first time her and Hyde broke up. It wasn't easy on her; all he said was that he had enough of her for now. Which only hurt her more, so she didn't visit the basement much for about a month; because he said he needed 'space'. She was too hurt to even care. Then she called him and apologized the best way Hyde could, and Jackie didn't care she was just glad to have him back.
But it didn't last too long. He was jumping to conclusions about her and Kelso and wound up cheating on her. She swore, she was angry, she told him that she hated him. She thought she did. But, then he told her that he loved her and she fell for it.
And tonight they had broken up again; he picked a fight with her. It seemed like he always did it just so that they would break up. She thought he would know how fragile her life was right now. They had the same friends, which made it a lot harder for her. She thought about it as she finally pieced herself up enough to get up off the ground and to look at her puffy face in the mirror. She was never ever, ever getting back together with Steven Hyde and that was final. She splashed her face with some cold water and got herself together.
As she walked into the basement that night, she had the mindset that she wasn't going to let Steven get to her. She was just there to hang out with their friends. She closed the door behind her and saw that everyone was there. Everyone seemed to tense up, except for Hyde of course who remained Zen. But she sat down calmly next to Donna on the couch and everyone just continued their conversations. She had almost forgotten about Steven because she was actually having fun again, until he asked to talk to her.
"Jackie can we talk." He asked which he didn't usually do when they broke up.
"Sure, what's up?" she asked, playing dumb
"No, I meant in private." He responded rolling his eyes under his aviators.
"Sure." She shrugged and followed him back to his small room, with the girly things she put in there.
"Jackie." He started taking a deep breath and taking off his glasses, "Okay, Jackie I'm sorry okay, I…I still…love you." He says nervously
"Oh Steven!" she says in awe as she covers her mouth with her hands.
Steven just rolled his eyes and leaned in for a kiss, and Jackie couldn't help but kiss back. She hated to admit it but she loved him so much. She couldn't help she guessed they were getting back together. Never say never right?
