She said referring to his idol status. He was a public figure, people want him to do what they want and she thinks it's stifling. That's the bitter part of stardom.
"No man is supposed to be in prison."
He said acknowledging the fact that what he had on the stage is suffocating. At first it was exhilarating, he was excited, it made him feel alive. But as time goes, it became toxic. Everybody loves him for what the script portrays him to be. He can't be the stupid Gin-san. He can't be the lazy man but the hero. The knight-in-shining armor who is here to save the day. He's tired and he just wanted to be the stupid Gin-san, this uncute woman's Gin-san.

Was he too late? After all she did sa—No she didn't even say a word. She just stood by his side til he said those dreadful words "Shut up! Leave!" And then she left without saying a word. Which is totally not her. Usually, she would open her smart mouth and talk sense to him til his nose bleeds but that dreaded day, she just left.

He spent sleepless nights thinking about her. He though it was the right thing to do, protect her. From people who won't approve of any future plans he have w/ her. People want him to date the brightest actress the industry has, but does he? Nope. He just wants to be Gin-san. He just wants to follow his heart. And thus he followed her.

Standing in front of the girl who have occupied his thoughts these past nights, he can't stop but feel mixed emotions. Does she have a boyfriend? It was just a few weeks,I don't think—- "What do you want?" Says a husky voice behind her. So she does have a boyfriend. What would Shinpachi say–gosh he misses the boy! He looked behind her and saw a man with short black hair, styled into a casual look. He was slender, neat and is wearing some glasses, he looked like an idol if it weren't for the blue– "Shin-chan!" he heard her say.

"S-Shin-chan? SHINPACHI?!" The boy who is now a charming man just stared at him with cold eyes. University life has a great result on the young man. "Aneue, are you sure you're gonna be alright?"

The brunette woman just nodded and smiled. "You're gonna be late for Otsu-chan's concert. Go and have fun!" She said while pushing the young man out of the gate. He stared at the siblings realizing how much did he miss? She was always there by his side but did he ever ask her anything about her for the past years? Did he ever asked her if she misses his brother when she was with him and Shinpachi was in university? Nope. It was always about him.

"Aren't you supposed to be in prison?" She said.
"No man is supposed to be in prison." He replied, she smiled.
They just stared at each other without uttering a single word.
Staring and smiling.
Staring and smiling.
As if drinking each other's presence and getting drunk with the moment.
"Do you wanna come in?"
Into her life again? Of course he does.
