One day while Max and Lorelai were sitting in Luke's a tall man with dark hair and alot of hair comes into the diner and sits at the counter.
Lorelai and Max just watch him
''Max what's wrong?'' she questions him
''nothing.'' he says
''Max?'' she questions him
''I think that may be my long lost brother.'' he tells her
''What!'' she says
''your crazy Max that's not your long lost brother. Jan is your brother.'' she tells him
''yea I know he is and that guy may be too. I was cleaning out my mother's attic the other day and I came across a birth certificate.'' he tells her
''I think I'm going to go up there and see if that's him.'' Max tells her
''okay do what you want I'll be here.'' she tells him
''okay.'' he says and kisses her and goes up to the counter slowly and sits down next to the man and looks over
''Adrian?'' Max questions him
''Max?'' Adrian asks him
''hey what are you doing here?'' Adrian asks him
''no what are you doing here?'' Max asks him
''just in town for a quick meeting at The Independence Inn.'' Adrian tells him
''what are you doing here?'' Adrian asks him again
''well I'm married and I live here now.'' Max tells him
''my new wife over there Lorelai actucally runs The Independence Inn.'' he tells him
''oh.'' Adrian says
''yea I would love to introduce you too her if you want and don't mind?'' Max asks him
''okay.'' Adrian says and gets up and follows Max
back at the table
''hunnie this is my brother Adrian,Adrian this is my new wife Lorelai.'' Max introduces them
''Hi Adrian Monk.'' he introduces himself and shakes her hand
''Lorelai Gilmore it's nice to meet you.'' she tells him
''so sit and we can get to know each other a little more.'' Max tells him
''oh okay.'' Adrian says and sits down on the other side of the table across them them
