A/N: I have an announcement to make: After spending time on this site for more than 8 years, I'm (finally) going to stop writing fanfiction. I will of course do my best to finish Amnesia Completa, my longest Terqua fanfic so far, but unless I feel a sudden urge to post a one-shot (and let's face it, that happens at least twice a year), I will not focus on anything else but my original work. I will still lurk and reply to messages and such, but I won't finish any of my other ongoing stories (never say never, though).

That being said, I'd like to take this moment to thank each and every one of you who ever read my stories, and/or reviewed, favorited and followed my work. You have helped me grow more than you can imagine. After this, I feel confident enough to finally finish my book and look for a way to get it published. If you'd like, I will keep you guys updated through my page on here. :)

Also, my apologies for posting this so late. Life has been pretty busy. Still, I hope 2017 will rock for all of you. :D

~ Terra stopped for a moment to contemplate this, still bent over one of his shoes. Then he facepalmed. "Ugh, I completely forgot!" ~

Aqua quietly entered their cozy living-room after putting little Ora, her daughter, to sleep. What she encountered almost made her laugh; Terra seemed to be very busy with throwing icing sugar on the red-colored carpet. He was using his own shoes to make it look like footprints in the snow, which went from the chimney to the richly decorated christmas tree. She had to admit that it made the christmas-esque picture complete, and as amusing as it was to see him like this, it was a bit odd as well.

"Terra, what are you doing?"

He visibly jumped at her voice, but didn't turn around to face her. "In this world it's harder for children to keep on believing. I've seen it myself. But after seeing these footprints in the morning, our little Ora will never stop believing in Santa Clause."

He sounded so solemn that the bluenette had to try her hardest to hide her smile.

"Terra, she's barely two."

It was at times like these that she felt like she had two children instead of one. Two adorable ones, for sure.

This time, the brunet man did swivel around to face his beloved wife, looking at her as though she had insulted his grandmother. "So? You can't be early enough with this stuff, you know. Better safe than sorry, right?"

Aqua couldn't help but smile this time. Who would have thought that Terra could be so good with children? She sure hadn't forgotten about that mixture of pride and pure panic on his face, the first time he was allowed to hold his child.

"You do realize that we will be inviting ants in our home this way?" Aqua gently reminded him.

Terra stopped for a moment to contemplate this, still bent over one of his shoes. Then he facepalmed. "Ugh, I completely forgot!"

When he removed his hand from his forehead again, Aqua noticed how some of the icing sugar was plasteres on his forehead.

She let out a cheerful laugh. "And may I remind you of the fact that you forgot that we can actually use magic to make real snow?" she whispered, now kissing the tip of his (also powdered) nose.

"Oh…" He blinked. "I kinda forgot that too."

She then knew that this Christmas was going to be perfect with the three of them...and all those ants.

A/N: So if you've ever wanted to review then I guess this is a good time. :P
