"Bye, Tommy." Her lip quivered slightly and he pulled her into his arms.

"Shh, don't cry."

"You're going to be gone so long."

"It's my first album, Jude. Since it dropped, it's been so huge in the states that I have to tour there too. Not by choice."

"But it's… so far away."

"I love you, Jude. I'll be home before you know it, okay?" he tipped her chin up and looked into her eyes.

She nodded but her lip was still quivering and her eyes were wide and teary. "I'll miss you Tommy. I love you too."

"I'll be home soon."

10 months later…

"Sarah, you need way more energy."

"If I have to do this again, I'll scream."

"Just don't bust your vocal chords. After you're done screaming, take it from the top." Jude wasn't in the mood for games. She found that in the close to two years she'd been producing part time, she was just as perfectionist as Tommy was.

She missed her Tommy. He was coming home from Montana, his last place to tour, right now. He called her every night, but still…

"Great take, Sarah. One more--"

"Chair for me?"

She jumped out of her seat and full on tackled him, almost knocking him over as she jumped into his arms. "TOMMY!"

He chuckled. "Hi babe. I missed you."

"Missed you too, Tommy." She turned to the soundboard. "Go home, Sarah." Then she jumped back into his arms.

He held her there for a long time, savoring her skin and her scent and everything about her he'd missed so much while he'd been on tour. Then he sat on the producer's chair, pulling her into his lap. "I have something for you."

"Ooh! Ooh! Souvenirs? Can I see?" She was practically bouncing up and down like a child on Christmas morning.

He laughed. "Okay. This one is from Miami."

"Cool!"

"And this necklace I bought you in New York."

"Oh Tommy, it's so pretty!"

"Look. This I got actually at the Grand canyon."

"I've always wanted to go there."

"And this one is…"

"Niagra Falls."

"Of course. This one is from LA."

"And that one is from San Francisco. Ooh! Yosemite Park. You went there?"

"Nah. Not much of a hiker. The band went and I asked them to get it for me. These are the Canadian ones."

"Moose Jaw! Oh look, you got one from Vancouver."

"Uh-huh. Last but not least… this one is my favorite."

Her eyes opened wide when she saw the tiny black box he pulled out next. "Tommy," she breathed.

"Shh. I hated being away from you so much."

"But Tommy--"

"I never want to be away from you again."

"Oh Tommy."

"Will you marry me?"

"Is the sky blue?!" she turned and launched herself at him again as best she could, since she was still sitting on his lap.

He chuckled. "I'll take that as a yes." He helped her turn fully so that she was straddling him and the chair, leaning on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her. "I love you."

"Love you too, Tommy Q."

"Jude?"

"Yeah?"

"You can be my Souvenir from Toronto."

She looked up at him. "As long as I'm still your favorite."

He kissed her lips lightly. "Always, Girl. Always."
