Save Me

My life has been short lived.

I don't want to go.

You all know who I am.

The idea for me first started,

A short four years ago.

Butch Hartman had a vision,

Inside it he saw me.

He knew my life was about to begin…

But not end at season three.

Mystery Meat was a short one,

The audience was very low.

But old Nick still had faith in me,

That much is what I know.

They put me in the center ring,

Had me sing a song of joy,

And one of misery.

They soon put me in a grudge,

Held me to the stone.

My life was short,

They left me in the snow,

I never made it home.

Phantom Planet marked the end of a wonderful fantasy.

But I will return someday,

Again will you see me.

Only my body has gone away,

But my soul, my spirit, still remains.

You can save me,

It's not too late,

I know that all can relate.

Just think of someone who you hold near,

My voice,

You soon,

Shall hear.

I know, some parts don't rhyme, but it gets the point across…right?
