TROST DISTRICT: TAKING BACK
Titans. Scary, murderous, bloody. Their history has been unknown until now, which is still not much. All we ever did know about them was that they were monsters wanting to eat humans as a meal. Their unparalleled dead glare was nothing compared to seeing your friends and family die in front of you as you stood there, hopeless and useless.
"You've got to wake up!"
"Jager, Jager!?"
"Coming mum!"
The sounds of footsteps could be heard as Toten, a child of Trost District, went running down the stairs. He stumbled down as another set of footsteps could be heard from his older brother, Verteidiger was stepping down carefully. As soon as they got down, a rustic and partially destroyed kitchen emerged onto their view. Their mom was standing there to greet them respectfully.
"Oh, it's just you Toten and Verteidiger. Do you have any clue where Jager went off to?"
"None mum, though I did see him sneaking off to steal some bread."
Jager was also part of their family as they found him around near forest of sorts. Not much detail could be found other than he was outside in the middle of the forest. But sadly, that is for another day.
"Mum, have you heard about the news of the fall of Shiganshina?", Toten asked questionably," They say we residents of Trost district are next on the Titan list"
"Toten, don't listen to any of that rubbish that the Separatists say.", his mom replied back, looking concerned.
The fall of Shiganshina was considered one of the most complete failures of Wall Maria. Thet also proved a point, why could Titans only be able to attack the main gates and also why hasn't anything like that happened over 100 years until now. Plus, that was 5 years ago so the military has put on their greatest efforts to try to regain Shiganshina and Wall Maria in the process. During this time, most of the people would want to join up for Military Police because they follow in the King's command and live in Wall Sheena.
