All the clues, they had to lead up to something bigger than the empty room Daniel found himself standing in alone. He had in fact learned his lesson from the first time he went around following orders and conversing with unknown sources with the whole Walter situation, but this time it wasn't his ego that lead him to this place, but his curiosity- lust even.

Standing in this empty, white room with no clue as to what was going to happen next bothered Daniel. Him knowing that he wasn't the smartest man in the room at the moment made him uncomfortable. He tried not to think or look to closely as he knew that was how he would miss what he wanted to find but the feeling of vulnerability and unknown was like a bug was crawling on him and every time he tried to swat it away there was actually nothing there. Should he think like a magician? Think of every trick that could be hidden? The showman liked to think he knew them all. He was the rabbit and the room was the box and so the wall, it must be the mirror.

He had preformed this trick with her and the mere thought of her was why he was in this room, right? It made sense. Quickly, he moved against the wall in front of him and placed his hand on it gently. What would he use to break the barrier? There was no guarantee she was behind what he thought was a glass wall but he was willing to risk it. He did have a crowbar in the vehicle he used to get to the warehouse he was in now. Danny rushed the black Sudan, opened the trunk, and made his way back into the room in under two minutes. His hands were sweaty and how nervous he was was making his face pulse; something he was not used to. Once again in front of the wall, he found himself hoping and wishing with everything he did not waste time coming here.

After three strenuous hits he began to lose patience- he did not want to give up and the thought of her not being there angered him enough to where the fourth hit produced a crack. A smile grew on his face quickly and he jumped for joy as a happy exclaim escaped out his mouth. He began to hit the wall more and more but clacking sounds and a laugh stopped him in his tracks.

As he turned, he saw the white gloves hiding dainty hands and a black suit with glittery stripes covering the skinny frame of a woman. Atlas looked up and into dark brown eyes. She was still beautiful, her red hair still fiery and her face still looking as if she was hiding something, as always.

"Henley." He didn't say it as a question because there was nothing he didn't understand about her standing in front of him. He didn't try to hide his excitement but instead matched the escape artists smirk. The pair stared each other down- blue eyes into brown.

With a raised eyebrow Henley opened her mouth to speak, "Would you like to meet him?"

To say he was confused was an understatement. Who was she talking about?

She read his confusion easily, of course and kept speaking, "your son."

OK I'm a little rusty because I haven't wrote a ff in a while but I am currently struggling to sleep with these now you see me ideas buzzing in my head and I had to write this and it is a one shot which I've never done before which is why I sucked at the summary and the ending. Hopefully it gets some positive feedback so I can write little more but I doubt it so yehhhh. XOXOXO gossip girl
