Dear Mom and Dad,
This year was relatively normal, except for the ogre that got in on Halloween and the sorcerrors/philosophers stone. The ogre was defeated by three Gryfindoors in my year, Hermione Granger, Harry Potter, and Ron Weasly. For the sorcerrors stone, there was a stone that could grant you gold and immortality and money. It was gaurded bye a three-headed-dog, a very dangerous plant called Devils snare, giant wizards chess (the pieces are alive and smash each other), logic puzzles, and a lot more. It was saved by Harry, Ron, and Hermione. Harry also had to face a very dark wizard and almost died! The dark wizard was living in the back of are DADA teachers head! All in all it was a great year!
