Chained
Summary: Kathryn's chained to Chakotay and Seven. Drabble

A/N: Yes, it's been forever since I've written any fanfiction and this is my first one for Star Trek Voyager. It's also my first drabble. I hope it's not too terrible…
She stormed into her ready room, her latest alien fling close behind.
Though her back was turned, he could feel the intensity of her annoyance radiating throughout the room.
"What exactly were you thinking back there?"
He was jealous, how could she not know?
"They're two of the closest friends I have on this ship. He's my most trusted confidant and she's practically a daughter to me. I can't afford to lose them both."
He understood her concern. She loved him. She loved them both. But they're already gone, how could she not see?
"I just wish you were as concerned about us as you are about them."
And then he was gone too.
