Yukito was staring at that screensaver for the longest time. They were supposed to be studying, but he was quiet still, his eyes glued to the computer, watching the Big Ben as if he were waiting for something to happen, for it to actually tell the time through that frozen image.

"You should ask him to change that wallpaper if it bothers you so much…Yue."

Yukito didn't even look at him again before his whole body began to glow, and soon enough Yue stood in the middle of his bedroom, white wings so large they almost touched the pale yellow walls.

"It's been a while." Toya said warmly, unguarded eyes observing Yue's serious and cold expression.

"I've had no reason to appear before you again."

"No reason to appear? I don't understand. Is it necessary for you to hide from me?" He asked, standing up and approaching the other man, silver-blue eyes stared at him impassively.

"I don't have to hide from you, but seeing as there is no trouble and all is well with my master, I see no reason to appear before you."

"I thought maybe you wanted to come out of hiding and talk to somebody, Yue."

"I talk to my master and Kerberos all the time."

"But not about what really bothers you, right?" Yue narrowed his eyes, his posture suddenly tense. He didn't have to know why Toya decided to talk to him, but he had a pretty good guess. He did not want to talk about that with anybody.

"My master is strong and free of danger. Nothing bothers me."

"Whenever anyone makes any reference to England, Yuki behaves unlike himself for the entire day. It's because of you, isn't it?"

Yue hated him then – his soft, kind smile, his compassionate eyes, his relaxed stance, the warmth that seemed to radiate from him. Everything about Toya Kinomoto invited him to get out of his shell, everything. There had been a man who could reach him with just a smile once.

Never again.

"I shall control my thoughts with care from now on, so not to disturb your interactions with Yukito." He didn't give the brunette a chance to reply, morphing back into Yukito, ignoring the young man's cries of protest.

Brown eyes blinked many times, a confused expression on Yukito's face, "Toya?"

The brunette seemed to not hear him, his countenance distant and sad. He shook his head many times, pointedly staring at the moon while doing so, as if it was to blame for his troubles.

"Yuki, can I ask you a favor?" He finally turned to look at his snow bunny. He smiled, walking closer, a hand touching Yukito's face, caressing him slowly. The shorter man smiled, covering the other's hand with his own.

"Of course."

"Can you give him a message?"

"I-I think so." Toya bent down a little, his forehead touching Yukito's, their breaths mingling. He looked deep into his eyes, searching for something, searching for a sign of Yue there.

"Tell him…" He hesitated, not really knowing how to sum up everything he wished he could say.

"Tell him what, Toya?" Yuki's soft voice reached his ears. His lover was smiling gently, he understood. Both of them wanted to ease Yue's pain. Toya sighed, wrapping his arms around his lover's waist.

"Tell him that…" That I wish…I wish there was something I could do. That I wish you could visit him, even though it's not the same. I wish he didn't love someone else. 'I'm sorry the real him is gone. I'm sorry he left such a hole in your life and in your heart. But, most of all, I'm sorry he hurt you so much.' "…that I'm sorry. For everything."
