"I hate this bloody cold!" Draco growled, using his wand to conjure a few blankets out of a nearby cupboard. Harry caught them and spread them over Draco's shivering figure and himself.
"It is rather cold this year…" Harry mumbled, spooning his boyfriend for more than just body heat.
"I'm beginning to get sick of it. Let's go on a holiday!" Draco turned and stared into Harry's green eyes. "A tropical getaway—just you and me."
"I dunno, Draco…I have a lot of work that I need to get done for the Auror department…"
"Oh come on, make Weasley do it. Think about it Harry—me in nothing but tiny swim trunks for a whole week. Plus, all the sex…" Draco whispered, running his fingers down Harry's abdomen.
"The sex?"
"Mhm. Sex on the beach, in the ocean, in a Jacuzzi, in a cabana, on a—"
"Let's go book the first portkey for tomorrow morning."
The first night of their stay in a luxurious hotel in the Caribbean's, Draco was bit by a sand crab.
The next day, Harry was stung by three jellyfish.
On the third day, both Harry and Draco got strange rashes from having sex on the beach, only to find out that they were both allergic to excessive seaweed.
In the morning of the fourth day, they were buying seashell jewelry only to be chased by several island looters.
On the fifth day, they both suffered from serious sunburn after running away from said looters.
The last day in the Caribbean's, however, was perfect. Harry and Draco stayed in bed all day long.
"Oi, how was the holiday, you two?" Ron asked when he met them at the Portkey Headquarters back in London.
Harry and Draco looked at each other.
"I think I like London better," Harry said.
"Yeah, we discovered we can make our own kind of heat, and we don't need to be a thousand miles away for that," Draco smiled.
