A/N: This is my second Bleach story, or little baby ficlet. What makes it different from my first Bleach one is that it is a Hitsugaya and Matsumoto one. Just some humor.

"Matsumoto, have you finished your paperwork? It's due at the end of the day," Toshirō asked his lieutenant.

Rangiku couldn't hear anything as she was deep into sleep on the couch in front of his desk. While sighing, he got up from his chair and walked over to her.

In front of her was a stack of unfinished paperwork, nothing was even written down! Toshirō could feel some rage building inside of him. She still didn't do a simple task that was required of her duties as a lieutenant.

He was about to scream at her to wake her up until there was a knock at his office door, followed by a voice, "Matsumoto-fukutaichou, we'll be collecting your work!"

Toshirō slid open the door to look up to be able to see Isane. She only looked straight ahead and thought aloud, "Hitsugaya-taichou? Matsumoto-fukutaichou?"

"I'm down here," he growled.

She looked down at him, seeing a frustrated captain.

"Can you come back later? Matsumoto hasn't completed her work today," Toshirō asked.

"Yeah, but you have only half an hour." She walked off.

He slid the door closed and turned his attention to Rangiku. From the top of his lungs, he yelled out his signature, "MATSUMOTO!"

With a small shriek, she rolled off of the couch. When she got up, she was immediately lectured by her young captain. The only thing was that his speech was long.

Every time she tried to stop him, he'd always silence her. Wow, today Taichou is very angry, I wonder what for?

Halfway through his talk, Isane slid the door open.

"I'm here for the paperwork," she announced.

Rangiku's face lit up, grabbing the stack of papers next to the door and happily handed them to her.

"I-if that's your work, then what is that?" Toshirō asked, pointing to the paper on the table.

"Oh, that? That's just some paper I got for Izuru, today he's trying to write an autobiography of his life, I think," she answered before adding, "Is that why you were yelling at me?"

With a small chuckle, she cut him off before he could say anything. "I think you owe me an apology."

He bowed his head and, "Yes, I'm sorry about that."

"Oh, and Taichou?"

"What is it, Matsumoto?"

"I accidentally broke your favorite mug."

"The one with the Chinese dragon on it?" he widened his eyes.

She nodded weakly before receiving an even louder than earlier, "MATSUMOTOOOOOO!"

A/N: That was my first Tenth Division fic, and I think it came out pretty good, but that's my opinion. Right now, it's 1:00 am and I'm tired as hell.

Oh, and the Chinese dragon thing is a reference to Hyourinmaru.
