Superstitious

"You aren't supposed to spill salt," Raoul said in a shaky voice. He held a horseshoe in one hand and a handful of clovers in the other.

The group laughed. "You can't be serious, Raoul," Kel said, propping the salt bottle on the table.

He fingered his dolphin necklace. "I am!" He played with his said to be lucky coin between his fingers.

Neal cocked a brow questioningly. "What's wrong, GiantKiller?"

Raoul took out a bag and emptied its contents on the table. "Here. Acorns. Lucky."

"Why?" they said in unison.

He looked around, eyes wide. "It's Friday the thirteenth!"

(A/N) Exactly 100 words in honour of Friday the thirteenth and my grandfather's birthday. He's 87 and still up and running. They say he's got a good luck charm but no one knows. ^_^ Please review! May you have a lovely Friday the 13th!

Warmest Regards,
