-This is set just at the end of the last episode. Sorry for any typos but this is my first fan fiction so don't get all up my grill.-
"Well that was a… eventful couple of weeks" Adam muttered as he looked down at his shoes and smiled "looks like we're stuck with you" he turned around and gave Matt an awkward fist pump to the shoulder.
"Yean looks like it" Matt replied. He still hadn't got over the events that had just unfolded in front of his eyes.
"Well I'm not sticking around till swan wakes up" Christa said in that same tone she used for everything. Although it was the same tone it still had a way of making Matt feel small an in fearer every time she spoke. Almost as if she was looking down at him in the most politest of ways.
"But what are we going to do?" Matt enquired looking at Adam as if he had all the answers.
"How the fuck should I know" Adam said staring down at Matt's body with his deep brown eyes.
"Well you're a vampire. What do you normally do with a body when you're done with it" Matt looked at Adam.
"This might come as a surprise to you but I have never killed anyone before…" Adam stopped. He remembered his mum, his dad. Technically he had killed them, inside as well as out. Thinking about his parents, especially his dad made Adam remember what is was like before the demand came. Before life was a lie, a cheat and before life meant death. As he was remembering he could see Christa in the corner of his eye…
"So the notaries vampire hasn't even hurt a fly, well isn't he a mummies boy." Christa chuckled to herself. She knew it was mean but it was what Adam and Christa did, they argued, teased each other. AND she was getting her own back for the "deprededy dog" comment. Christa had known matt for a while now but she didn't expect the reaction she gave her from a comment that wasn't even aimed at him.
"WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO THAT?" Matt screamed at Christa "Adams just confessed something to us and you don't even care. I thought I liked you Christa. Well now I know the real you" in a flash he was gone. Neither of them knew it then but things were just getting started.
