CHAPTER 1

A redheaded ghost stuck her head through the roof of a house. "Nope." she said to herself as she moved on to the neighbors house. "Darn it, where does that stupid ghost live?" She asked herself as her breath came out of her mouth a light pink colour. It was her ghost sense, letting her know that another ghost was nearby. "Excuse me, Miss, but I think you might be lost." A boy's voice came from behind her. She turned around to see the white haired green eyed boy she'd been looking for. "You! It's you!" she said, excited. "Um... Yea, who are you? Have we met?" The boy asked. "Oh," the girl said nervously, "No, we've never met, but I know in my gut that you're the famous halfa. Danny Phantom! I've been looking for you!" She flew closer to him, "I'm Ricky, I need your help." she began to talk so fast that she accidentally launched an ecto blast in his direction. Danny took that as a sign of war and attacked in return. "Woah, what are you doing? You know something, Skulker was right about you!" Ricky exclaimed, barely dodging Danny's blast, which scorched the edge of her dark red shirt. "You know Skulker?" Danny asked in surprise. "Yeah, I do. And he told me that you were a hot headed, uncontrollable, bad excuse for a ghost, whelp." 'Yep, that's Skulker', Danny thought to himself, not knowing that Ricky had escaped. "Hey where'd you go?" he asked 'Great, she got away.' he thought as he flew to his house, where his two friends were waiting.

"So you let her get away?" Tucker, his African American techno-geek friend asked. "No, she distracted me so she could get away." Danny replied, irritated. Sam was busy in his kitchen making herself a salad, while the two boys argued whether Ricky escaped or was given the chance to get away. 'Idiots', the ultra-recyclo vegetarian thought. "Personally, I think it's cool that you've found a girl ghost that didn't try to kill you first chance she got." Tucker stated "Was she cute?" Danny opened his mouth to answer, when Sam sat down inbetween them, "Are we going to watch movies, or try to hook Tucker up with a ghost?" She asked as she clicked the play button on the movie.

The next day at Casper High, during Lancer's class, a lovely orange-haired green eyed girl had caught Tucker's attention. "Alright, everyone. Listen up." Mr. Lancer began the usual "New Student" lecture, as the girl fiddled with her ponytail. "This is Molly Saunders." She tapped Lancer's shoulder, "Actually, my name is Mali. Not Molly. Easily confused though." she smiled a smile that left Tucker speachless. "Foley, will you be so kind as to show our new student around the school?" He couldn't speak, but he was able to make himself nod. Mali walked over to Tucker and sat down. She wore a green shirt with a cartoonish looking ghost emblem on it, with a pair of blue jeans, and black tennis shoes. "Hi, I'm Mali, I'm from Wisconson." She smiled, Tucker was completely distracted by her olive eyes. He gave her a goofy smile, and chuckled. "Um, are you ok?" Mali asked. Tucker finally came back down to earth. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just a little distracted. I'm Tucker Foley, too fine, hehe, get it?" it took him a couple seconds to realized what he said. "No that's not what I meant to say, I-" he was interrupted by an amazingly silky laugh. He looked at Mali, who was now giggling, "Haha, Tuck you're funny. I'm glad you get to show me around, I think we'll be good friends."

I don't own anything. If I did, Mali and Ricky would be real.
