Ok, so this is dedicated to my parents I hope they get the joke.

Disclaimer: I checked online, I don't own Ranma 1/2

He stared at her; she was beautiful in a bright red dress that fell just above her knees. She smiled at him and he grinned back she always made him feel completely goofy whenever he saw her. She finally finished her long journey towards him when he said "wow nabs you look great." She sighed "Ranma when are you going to give up on that stupid nickname?" He grinned, "Never nabs never." "fine." She said defeated. They quickly walked to Ryoga and Ukyo's wedding. "Never thought I'd see the day when P-Chan got married." He said. "Things sure have changed." She agreed.

After a beautiful ceremony and a fantastic reception, Nabiki took Ranma back to her apartment and as she cooked some food for them both, Akane had decided to cater the wedding; he looked at her standing at her stove and realized he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. He loved her with all his heart, soul, and mind. She was his everything. He couldn't imagine a world without her in it. He felt like he would die if she ever left.

They had started out as business partners, selling videos of his fights to martial arts instructors to use in ads. Then later on as friends finding comfort in each other's company. Then a few months later, they started dating, which brought them here.

After he finished making the food, it was chili, her favorite. He sat down next to her, and got up just as fast, "What?" Nabiki asked curiously. He got down on one knee, "Nabiki I love you, I want to spend the rest of my life with you will you marry me?" "YES!"

"And that's how I proposed to your mother" Ranma said. "Yep, it's just so sad your father doesn't remember that he proposed in his own kitchen." Nabiki said.

"What? It was your kitchen because you made the chili."

"No it was yours because you said you had all the fixings to make chili while I didn't."

Both kids groaned here they go again "does it really matter whose kitchen it was" asked Marie "YES!" Both parents agreed.

The end.
