Aneko: Yup. I'm definitely insane. This is the fifth story I've typed and posted today. Of course, it helps that I hand-write them beforehand.

Random talk- I've been playing Kingdom Hearts II recently, and I think I prefer the Japaneses opening…I like it when Hikaru-san sings the song faster…

Disclaimer: For the millionth time, I don't own Naruto…and if I happened to pick up the title in my subconscious (because I feel like I've seen it somewhere before…), I don't own it or whatever it came from…(watch it have not come from anywhere and it's me just being paranoid…)

Me Against the World

He started out like any other child. Trying to make his parents proud, becoming as good as his big brother…it's amazing how quickly everything changed. In the space of one night, everything he loved was gone.

From that point on, he changed, training even harder and swearing revenge. He tried to close himself off, shutting away his emotions from everyone. As much as he tried, he ended up becoming part of a team of people who became precious comrades. He had formed special bonds once again.

But as much as he wanted to be able to stay with them, he realized there was no place for him in their happy world. She he left it, breaking more bonds as he went, because old ones must be requited.

They were not content merely to let go like this. With all their might, they tried to pull- drag- him back.

Sasuke refused to be taken back. He could not go back to that world (that too-happy world).

He was sick of this world. Sick of the world that had taken everything from him. And still it had gone on like his family was forgotten. Only in passing gossip would someone say, "He's the last of the Uchiha's, poor boy," and every time he heard this he would grit his teeth, because that's all they would say. And those childish girls who fawned over him day and night like some piece of art. To them he was "handsome" and "amazing" and "cool," but nothing else. They knew nothing of him.

And so he left that ignorant world to destroy a bond, and to make them see that he was beyond something "cool" and alone.

Aneko: I wasn't really sure how to end this, so I just kinda wrote whatever.
