Akito locked Kyo up... and he isn't coming out.
I'm sitting in the back of Hatori's car with Yuki beside me. Shigure is in the front.
"Are you sure you want to do this Miss Honda?" Yuki asked me.
I paused. 'Do I really want to loose my memories of you?' I asked myself. "I…" I remembered the night Akito took you away.
Flashback
"Kyo!" I yelled. Akito was dragging you out of the house
by the collar of your shirt.
"Tohru, promise me you'll never forget!" He told me.
"Kyo I…"
"No Tohru, promise me!"
I couldn't.
Akito then kicked you in the stomach and said, "Cat, do you really think she loves you? NO ONE could love a cat!"
Kyo didn't answer. All he did was look at me with pleading eyes as if to tell me once more not to forget.
"I can't." That's when I started to loose it. I couldn't let Kyo see me cry. I ran, and I haven't seen him since.
End Flashback
I turned to Yuki and looked him straight in the eye. I was about to tell him that I couldn't go through with it but all I did was cry.
When we got to the main house I opened the door and ran straight to where Akito had locked you up. I unlocked the door and ran straight into Kyo's arms. There was a puff of orange smoke and Kyo was a cat.
"I'm sorry." Was all I could say.
"For what?" He asked me.
"For everything." Kyo climbed into my lap.
He purred.
