With a start he woke up, tired and disorientated, with no idea where he was, why he was there, or where he was going.
All he knew was that he was very cold from lying in the snow in just a shirt and jeans, and that he would very much like a cup of tea round about now.

He decided to stand up and walk around, even if he didn't find anyone, at least the movement would be keeping him a bit warmer. After around ten minutes of walking and shivering violently, he found a big, posh, modern looking building that appeared to have been built in the middle of nowhere; it didn't look very friendly, there wasn't one thing on it that would make it significant from anything else, except the location, but he figured it was either go in and risk getting killed in there, or freeze to death out here. Rory waded through the now nearly waist deep snow slowly struggling not to fall over, part of him thought that would be the easiest thing to do, but before his brain reached a conclusion, his legs reached the steps leading up to the building. Unsurprisingly there was no security, just basic key pads which he presumed led to different places in the building, not much different to a block of flats.

He pressed a random button not caring who he got, he wasn't exactly going to know any of them anyway, all he wanted was a chance to warm up.

"Hello?" a female voice answered sounding a bit surprised and nervous, which wasn't exactly an unnatural thing to feel when you answer the door to a stranger who has come to a building in the middle of no where when there is about three feet of snow on the ground everywhere in about a twenty mile radius. "Hi," he tried to say through chattering teeth which were trying to stop him getting any words out at all, "Can I please come in, please?" "Sure, I'll send some people down to get you," she said motioning at the guards who she had been talking to over a hot cup of tea a moment earlier that they were to go to the front doors and get him.

Ten minutes later, and Rory had successfully thawed out enough for him to manage climbing up the stairs to the first floor, where the guards led him to a room at the end of the corridor. "Come in," he heard the same voice say that he had talked to earlier. Slowly, flanked by a armed guard on each side, Rory opened the door he heard unlock from the inside, and slowly walked in.

He had walked in to the most luxurious looking room he had ever seen, complete with a hot drinks machine, and comfy, warm looking sofa. The whole room was at such a temperature that he had already thawed out and was feeling much better. "Tea?" the woman asked; "please," he replied.
