Author's Note: Written for Maja who wanted to know the "rest of the story" from Bridge Nap. This is technically a double drabble and a half at 250 words.
Impromptu Snooze

She eyed her first officer and struggled to keep her eyes open. No, she could not fall asleep on duty… She focused her gaze on him even as her eyelids grew heavy. With such a gorgeous view, she had no excuse for snoozing.
"Come on, Kathryn!" she scolded herself, "How can you possibly fall asleep looking at THAT?!"
He had his eyes firmly glued to the view screen and didn't notice her drifting off. Before she knew it, her head had lolled to the side and she was sound asleep on the bridge.
The next sensation she felt was that of being shaken.
"Red alert!" she shouted as she snapped out of her snooze. The entire bridge crew burst out laughing with the exception of Tuvok who raised an eyebrow of disapproval.
"Captain, shift's over," said Chakotay with a well-meaning smile, "You should be thankful we're on the ship. Anywhere else and something might have crawled into that pretty little mouth of yours."
She seemed confused and brought a hand up to her mouth only to feel moisture that had trickled from her lips. She'd been drooling? Oh hell, so her mouth had probably been open as well.
Paris took his chances and commented, "Don't worry, Captain. The only thing that could possibly crawl into your mouth on the bridge is Commander Chakotay's-"
"MISTER PARIS!" she yelled knowing very well what he was going to say as both she and Chakotay blushed to even more laughter from the bridge crew.
