Raven's Wing
Disclaimer: I don't own Legacy of Kain, Raziel, Kain, Dumah, Turel, Zephon, Rahab, Melciah, Janos, Vorador, William, or anyone else except Lisa. She's mine damn it. And I also don't own "Happy Death Day" by Alien Ant Farm either.
She sat there, bowed in the Midnight Gardens. If anyone knew she was out there, the would have surely killed her, if she was lucky. The Serafan were bold creatures, and it was obvious to the vampires that they had no clue when to stop.
Twice that week they had attacked her home, thinking she knew something about the vampire Janos Audron. Every vampire in Nosgoth knew something about Janos Audron. The man was a legend, one many were certain was dead.
Looking into the reflection pond, she saw her own face, porceline pale and flawless. Her wintergreen eyes held such depth, such emotion that one could easily mistake her for human. Her face was framed by delicate curls of gold that swayed in the gentle wind. Her rose petal lips curved into a gentle smile, a set of white feathered wings floating behind her. She wandered the gardens under the light of the full moon, her simple white shroud floating about her body with the winds. She looked up at the moon and smiled softly, singing gently.
I slowly shoot these words like weapons
And go insane
I watch you drive your stupid car
You go away
You never were one to use caution
And you don't obey
You know I'd love to see it happen
I always tried to keep you near me
Without the pain
I love to tie us into knots
We slipped away
I tried to captivate you, on that evening
He was leaving, with the girl I'd like to kill
Happy Death day to you baby
I know you're flying in the blue now
We'll be together real soon now baby, don't you worry
Papa's got a brand new body bag for you
Cable cars run through my mind
Reminiscent Bay
I think I'd love a valentine
I wish you'd stay
You never were one to use caution
It slipped away
I somehow knew this would happen
Happy Death day to you baby
I know you're flying in the blue now
We'll be together real soon now baby, don't you worry
Papa's got a brand new body bag for you
And I got a fresh new kind of attitude
I slowly shoot these words like weapons
And go insane
I watch you drive your stupid car
You go away
You never were... You never were...
You know I'd love to see it happen
Happy Death day to you baby
I know you're flying in the blue now
We'll be together real soon now baby, don't you worry
Papa's got a brand new body bag for you
And he ain't never commin back to you.
She sighed softly to herself, shutting her eyes and leaning against a tree in the garden. Tonight was November 1st, the 5,000th anniversary of her death. She brushed a stray lock from her face and folded her arms across her chest, murmering softly to herself
"Happy Death day Lisastrata Lenoi. You're five thousand years old by vampire standards and a former guardian of the pillar of death. How fortunate for you to be the last of your kind. The final winged decendant of Raziel…" She shuddered at her own words. She was the last. The only Razilim left alive by Kain, and she wished, however silently, that she wasn't. She longed for the old days, standing beside her lord, her maker and looking over the humans and never being harmed as she had been as of late, before her escape. A small bloody tear slid down her face, but that quickly ceased as something moved in the bushes. Her head snapped to the side, and she let out a small yell before everything went black.
