The green light flew from the wand and hit Professor Moody right in the chest.

The classroom descended into silence deeper than the abyss itself. Every eye turned in his direction. Even the Professor himself was temporarily rendered speechless.

-Well, you did say that I could. – Harry Potter replied sheepishly, putting his wand down.

-I did not mean literally! – Moody bellowed, clutching his heart.

-How was I supposed to know that? – Harry argued.

-Detention, Potter! And never, ever do that again.

-Does that mean that the rest of the class will be unable to try the spell?

Moody's eye did a peculiar little twitch, and the Professor was heard muttering something about "new respect for Severus" and "not signing up for this when taking the mask".

Not waiting for an answer, Harry voiced the next idea, that just popper into his head:

-Hey? You just survived the Avada Kedavra curse! I guess that makes you the Man-Who-Lived!
