Draco knew he'd upset Harry, and he felt the guilt tighten every second. But he had a chance to move on. He had a chance to get away before he got anymore emotionally involved. Of course he loved Harry, he would always remember the fantastic time they'd had together, especially the other night. Draco had someone else though, someone who was both a friend and someone his parents would approve of. He could learn to love her. Patsy Parkinson.

Patsy radiated the same arrogance, and self confidence Draco did, they shared common interests, and spent more time together than Draco ever had or could with Harry. She was attractive and popular, with her black hair and emerald eyes. Any boy would be lucky to have her.

Draco and Patsy were on their way to lesson, Draco's hand resting on Patsy's waist and she mirrored him. They seemed to fit together in an effortless manner that fellow Slytherins approved of. Nobody crossed their path.

Turning into their classroom Patsy grabbed Draco's tie and pulled him in, kissing him. Patsy's free hand wrapped around his waist and he grabbed hers. As she released him and walked inside, she winked and slyly smiled as she blew him a kiss. Stunned Draco stood there glaring after her as if he was under a spell.

That's when he heard Harry. The soft, beautiful tone of his voice sounded like classical music. Confused, Draco walked in avoiding Harry's look as if worried that he'd fall in love with him again. He couldn't do that. He had to move on. Patsy was his future now and he had to accept it. For Harry's sake.
