Worst than One-Sided
What can we do when love is one-sided?
Nothing except watch from the shadows
Pretend that the kisses don't faze you
And pretend you are their happy goofy friend
Pretend and pretend until the real you is lost in a heap of lies
And die slowly when they each say I love you
What do you do when the person you love loves your best friend?
It is especially hard when you know you're too late
She was there first and there is nothing you can do
And when she complains about him you will die
You will think haw she can thinks these thoughts
He is perfection after all the perfect man for anyone
You avoid them to all costs you know its suspicious but you don't care
What happens when you're finally forced in a room with them
Nothing except do anything for their attention
Even if in includes you being called an idiot
A shot here a cigarette there will do
Then you feel your heart break with those words
You're killing yourself you idiot
And when you feel you can't possibly break anymore
You watch them leave hand in hand
You lavish in those moments when you feel his touch
Those moments when his fragrances lingers in the air
You beat yourself up for having these thoughts
But nothing will change you will forever just be in the shadows
You will sit there listening as their wedding is planned
You will stand in the alter as a witness to their undying love
When each of them promises eternal love
You will hear their excited calls when she gets pregnant
Hear their problems when one fights
That's who you are good old reliable Naruto
And they are the perfect couple Sasuke and Sakura after all
They have each other and what do I have
A parasite inside of me that can destroy me the hate of my village
