Prologue
I hated life. No, wait, I hated my life. I didn't think that I would ever change. Everything was so gloomy and lifeless. That is, until I met this girl, a girl that I've never felt so happy with. Aerith: that's her name. All this time, I thought that I would live a lonely, sad life. I've never meet anyone like her before, so calm, soothing, and patient.
She was neglected by her 'lover', Cloud Strife, so I was told. That's when she found a liking for me, but this guy Cloud, I think that we had something common. Maybe that's why Aerith liked me, who knows. Heck, all that matters is, I found who I am. I didn't think ever that a girl like her could like a strange guy like me...
This is my story, hear me out, because I am glad that the past is behind me.
