42 ways to piss off Kakashi
Steal his icha-icha
graffiti in said icha-icha
Make sure no one can read it
Return it making sure no one sees you.
Dye his hair and make it so only he can't notice it. (Some bright, stupid color like neon or lime green.)

Every time he comes near you try to take off his mask
