Liz ran down the corridors, trying to figure out where her parents had hid from her now. She had started to run across the entry way when a group of people being led by a maid entered. She stared. She wasn't wearing any dresses today. While the maid let them away, a man came over and picked her up, putting her under his arm.
"Townspeople shouldn't be running around the castle," he said. Liz glared at him. They followed the maid again. Liz tried to break loose from his grip but he just wild not let go. When the reached the throne room, everyone bowed. The maid acknowledged the king and queen.
"Queen Zelda, King Link. Your visitors are here," the maid said, then waking off, heels clacking against the floor. Zelda then noticed Liz.
"Please put that child down," she stated.
"Ma'm, I found this townschild running around your castle," he said. Liz breathed out a huff of annoyance. She was no townsperson! She was a princess.
"Please put her down," she asked again. The man carrying Liz set her down. Liz ran up to Link and jumped into his lap. Link rested his head on her head. Liz reached up and stole his hat, putting it on her own head, as it complimented her blue eye and green eye. Zelda smiled.
"Ma'm are you ok with the king hugging random children?" The man asked. Zelda looked very shocked.
"This girl happens to be of royalty. My own daughter and I would protect her with my life. If that's how to think of her, get out!" Zelda bursted out. He shot Link a look of anger and left. Liz smiled up at Link.
"I look like you daddy!" She said out of nowhere, but it was true. Her hair was that dirty blonde, one eye blue for him and one eye green for Zelda. Liz constantly liked wearing Link's hat, so she had her own beautiful one, green and made to fit her face. Link poked her nose.
"I love you daddy!" Liz said.
