Now look I know have to update my other story, but I have had this rattling around in my brain for sometime so here it goes. By the way this takes place during sinnoh.
(Somewhere in the sinnoh woods)
Ash was having a sleepless night again. It was already twelve so he didn't have many hours left to sleep. And what was on his mind you ask? It wasn't the fire that was a few feet away or the noises coming from the woods. Rather it was a girl. A girl whom we all know to be Misty. For some reason he just couldn't stop thinking about her, it wasn't really remembrance more like deep sense of longing. In other words, he missed her. He missed how she would argue with him, how they laughed together and had great adventures. But let's leave this boy and go to the other person this oneshot is about.

Misty was also having a sleepless night. Bet you can't guess who she was thinking about. That's right it was Ash. She just couldn't get him out of her mind. Which was becoming sort of a problem since she had to work on her bills. None the less she opened her window and Misty looked out to the moon around the same time Ash did and wonder did Ash miss her?

Around the same time that Misty was looking at the moon he looked up and wonder did Misty care for him in the way Ash cared for her? This was a question that no matter how hard he tried no answer could be found. So Ash uttered four words he thought needed saying. " I love you Misty." He waited for a while just staring at the moon when he heard it. No more than a whisper I love you Ash.

After a while of staring at the moon Misty was about to go to bed when she heard it no more than a whisper. I love you Misty. For some unknown reason she replied back in no more than a whisper "I love you Ash". And for the first time in days both Misty and Ash slept happily.
Oh god is this fluff or angst I need to know what I'm choking on here.
