Kairi and Riku were so wrapped up in kissing each other they didn't notice the ominous figure standing in the rain until he started running, a shocked and betrayed look on his face, Sora.
He ran, ran as fast and far as he could barely registering the shouts and the slapping of feet chasing after him.
'Sora' He whipped his head around wildly "Who are you" he whispered his voice straining and tears falling from his watery eyes.
'It doesn't matter, answer me this question and I might offer you a chance to change it all' Sora's eyes glowed as he thought about it still running 'Do you wish to prove yourself, to show them you're not worthless.'
"More than anything" He closed his eyes and stopped running as he felt a sharp pain run through him, freezing him on the spot.
Riku ran up to Sora his heart twisting painfully "Sora, It's not what you think!" he halted with a gasp as Sora turned to face him, his eyes.
Sora's eyes were a glowing blood red with a blood curdling screech he launched himself at Riku his screams could be heard for miles.

The next morning the found Riku dead in pieces literally and Sora lying dead in a pool of blood with a slit throat, Kairi cried herself to sleep that night.
