"Naruto be quiet, am up thanks to your ridiculous volume" I glared at him. He just smiles sheepishly and rubs the back of his head.
I sighed and my glare vanished. No one can be mad at him for long. He's just Naruto.
"So what do you need now, Naruto?? I swear if you are here for ramen, I'll pummel your head" I warned and cracked my knuckles for emphasis.
He gulped and shook his head like a lunatic.
"I Am not. I am not." He shook his palms facing towards her.
"Naruto, I am still waiting for you to tell me the reason for which you disturbed MY morning on my DAY OFF "
As I said that, I swear I saw him glowing all of a sudden.
"Oh yeah I remember now. Baa-chan is calling us to tell us about the first mission of team kakashi. I can't wait so I came here to pick you up." He rambled.
I sighed. "Team kakashi's first mission was going to be in the next month, wasn't it??" I asked.
"Yeah it was. Past tense sakura-chan. now we are going to go on our first mission as team kakashi. Oh come on sakura-chan let's go already."
I groaned "oh fine. Just give me 5 minutes."
"Yeah sure " he said but he didn't budge from his place.
I glared.
He gave me a confused look.
I pointed towards my bedroom door.
He raised his eyebrows acting confused.
I cracked my knuckles.
He was out of the door in 2 seconds.
I sighed.'that idiot'

"He's late.why can't he be ever on time. I am fed up of his lack of punctuality. And this is our first mission too. "
Naruto was whining endlessly.
"Naruto you should've gotten used to his lateness by now. He's never going to be on time for anything. That white haired old lazy pervert"
"Now now that's not a nice thing to say about your former teacher. Naruto Sakura. " said a voice above them.
We both looked above us , unsurprisingly to find kakashi-sensei.
"But that's true " I pointed out lazily.
He shook his head in amusement. And said " well let's go, shall we. You two have wasted enough time already. "
He received twin glares from us. 'Try Saying that again , you white haired pervert' He gave us his crinkling eye type smile.
And we started our first mission in three long years.

A training post slits into uncountable pieces. A hiss could be heard from behind.
"What's the matter Sasuke-kun, you don't seem happy today." Orochimaru said in his usual mocking tone.
The figure in front of the post glared at him.
"Just train me. You don't have to concern yourself with my moods." Sasuke said through gritted teeth.
"You've done enough for today"
" I can still do more. At this rate, I'll never catch up to him." Sasuke hissed.
"I don't have anything to teach you today, go and rest some sasuke-kun " Orochimaru left after saying that.
Sasuke too, left for his assigned room grumbling under his breath.
I can still train more...or I have to suffer from those damn nightmares again.' Was what sasuke was thinking.

A scream.
He knew that scream.
Sasuke looked around frantically but couldn't find anyone.
"Sakura" he whispered suspiciously.
Another scream. And another.
"There's no doubt" he whispered to himself.
This time he yelled with all his might.
"SAKURA WHERE ARE YOU, SAKURA ANSWER ME DAMMIT. WHO'S HURTING YOU. SAKURAAAAA"
A figure appeared in front of him.
"NARU-"
he cut himself off when he saw the look in his eyes.
His eyes looked dead. He looked dead.
He couldn't be naruto. This look in his eyes is impossible.
Sasuke stepped forward to reach towards his once best friend. But stopped when the supposed naruto said something.
"It's over"
Sasuke looked confused and then asked. "What's over?"
When naruto didn't answer right away, sasuke shook naruto and demanded
" What's over naruto, tell me. And where the hell is Sakura, you should've been with her. Who's protecting her now.
I...I heard her screams."
Naruto looked at him with his lifeless eyes.
"It's all over. He killed her. He took her. She's dead now. I couldn't do a damn thing to save her. I wasn't even there to protect her. I was selfish and rage took over me."
Sasuke looked shocked.
His hold on naruto's collar faltered.
"That's impossible. She can't be dead." He whispered.
He looked at naruto." SAKURA can't be dead."
He woke up.
Another nightmare.
Sasuke growled. 'I am letting some damn nightmares affect me and I don't even remember what was in them save for some familiar screams'

She dodged the oncoming projectiles.
"It's futile, you can't win against me" said the red head enemy.
"Like hell I would give up after all this " she yelled.
"I am impressed little girl, you are good. But you aren't good enough. " Sasori said in a calm but mocking tone.
Sakura glared.
Inwardly She was preparing a plan of attack but from outside it appears as if she was attacking without thinking. Chio baa-san is very exhausted.but she's doing her best.
Sakura smirked.
He let his gaurd down. Now is her chance.
As she saw the opening,she looked towards chio baa-san and saw her nodding.
she hit the puppet of the Sandaime Kazekage which broke into pieces from the impact of Sakura's fist.
Sasori growled . 'She destroyed my most prized puppet. Now I have to unleash my last and most powerful weapon.'
"You are powerful for a little leaf, I'll give you that since you have forced me to use my most powerful puppet."
Sakura narrowed her eyes. "What do you mean? The Sandaime Kazekage's puppet was your most powerful puppet." She asked with a hint of smugness.
Sasori chuckled. His voice was mocking and evil with a hint of amusement.
"My most powerful puppet is non other than Me."
He grinned devilishly.
His cloak slid off to show a body of a puppet.
"Ahh so that's the reason you hadn't aged. I couldn't put it past you to do something so insane as turning yourself into a puppet. "
A gasp left Sakura's mouth.
"You...you turned yourself into a puppet" she whispered in her disbelief filled voice.
Sasori tilted his head mockingly." yes I did turn myself into a puppet. And now you little girl is going to be one of my most prized puppet."
"In your dreams" she yelled and charged at him.
'I just have to stall him until Naruto, kakashi-sensei or someone from team Guy arrives here. I am not going to turn into one of his evil puppets. '
