Thoughts on the End
We have done it. Our 120-hour adventure had come to an end. We had just completed Final Fantasy X…awesome. I looked up at the screen. My friend followed my action. The group of heroes was standing on the deck of the airship. We looked with amazement
"Damn" I said "Good graphics huh?"
"Yeah" was all my friend, Matt, said
It was time for Tidus to say goodbye. He turned around. Yuna looked up at him. Then she ran towards him… then my other friend showed.
"What are you guys doing?" Ben jelled at us
"What the!" Matt cringed
He gave Ben the 'I'm watching a Final Fantasy ending and if you bother me again I'm going to cut you' look
"Whatever. I'm going to go bother the one sitting in front of the computer"
I chuckled
Tidus ran. He leaped from the airship into the unknown. Both Matt and me went deathly silent after that. We had so many questions.
What about Yuna? Where is our happy ending? What should I cook tonight?
I shook my head. With all my picky friends it was a mission to make something to eat.
The credits came. Ben showed up again. He sat down on one of the four couches. He gave us 'the noob' look. We shook it of. We completed Final Fantasy X. Our egos were shielding us from the look anyway. My third friend showed up. He shook his head and went back to the computer.
"My poor computer" I said softly
After the credits. We looked as Tidus with interest. He was back but were was he? Damn you Square Enix. Damn you for making awesome games with long cut scenes and interesting endings! Matt turned towards me
"Jack" he said "I think it time" –pause for dramatic effect- "for Final Fantasy X-2"
