jack's journal
Hi my name is jack i am a twenty-five year old man, And i am making this journal because i heard of this virus sweeping the nation and bringing back the dead or something to that extent . This whole situation is concerning me and i thought it would be best to document it . So i will start by explaining what is happening, basicly from what i have heard from the news the govement tried to reanimate corpses to make them soliders for are military, the process then terribly wrong and the dead are now walking. I have a feeling this is going to go bad very quickly I feel it is best to have some sort of record on this event so i will be documenting it all in this book. The news is that the virus is spreading fast and will soon reach my location this all seems like a movie. I would even go as far as to say these corpses are zombies. I feel as though i should prepare that being said I am going to go gather food, water and weapons.
DAY 2
The virus has hit! The first victims were hospitalised but died and reanimated soon after.i didn't think that weapons would be that big of an issue but I see now that we are going to have to fight for our a quick list of supplies I have about a weeks worth of food and water in the car the rest in the house and I am carrying my 25. auto pistol at all times this world as we know it is about to change drasticly, I underestimated this threat but it is a serious problem I have work to do i'll write again tomorrow.
DAY 3
Today I actually encontered six zombies and killed three I am not saying it did not freak me out though those things are freaking disturbing I am staying in my house tonight tomorrow I am going to take off in my car alone and hopfully get to a new town I am not bringing anyone in this town with me because it is to much of a hassle most of them are dead or shaken up by this whole situation I moved away from my family and I now plan on going back to check on them its an eight hour drive but it is worth it I pray they are all right.
DAY 4
As of right now I am sitting on the side of the road because my car broke down. I know I have not explained much but basicly from yesterday i took off made it about halfway to my family and I am now sitting here writing about it. I guess I am going to walk about 4 miles up the road to the nearest town but to do so i would have to ditch almost everything and have almost no supplies, that is really my only chance though and it is either that or sit here and wait for the zombies...I am going to go with walk to town . As an update the to outbreak it is said that the population is about fifty fifty when it comes to zombies and humans but the zombiesare killing more everday I hope this town isnt overrun.
DAY 5
Brownsburg... thats the name of this mysterious town I am about to venture into...
DAY 6
did not feel like writing yesterday so i'm doing it today.I came into Brownsburg earlier it is full of them as of this writing I am in an abandoned house I found it should do for , I saw some running better watch out.
DAY 7
things are going bad I am running out of ammo and supplies they are kongregating on my position this is bad.
