Mountain's grave

Obito laid on his back as his body was healing. He had teleported in the cave Madara left for him to recuperate from being hit with a rasengan and stabbed by a kunai, were it not for the white Zetsu in his body, he would have died.

"It's surprising how fast he made short work you despite knowing all of his abilities and him knowing nothing of yours" White Zetsu said in a mocking voice, "Not to mention having a superior based space-time ninjutsu." Black Zetsu added.

"The Yondaime is a formidable opponent, I can't think of anyone who can actually win against him with just those two Jutsu let alone who knows what else he had." Obito said as he hacked blood, "What happened after I left?" He curiously asked. Today was a rare chance he could ever get. He knew Konoha lacked the fuinjutsu to seal something as powerful as Kyubi, and Kushina being pregnant made his work somewhat easier, had it been any other time, he wouldn't have tried so, Kushina was a scary in her own way.

"Contrary to our expectations, he did have a fuinjutsu powerful enough to seal the Kyubi into his newborn son, the good thing is, he had to sacrifice himself to do so." Both Zetsu and Obito wondered why a Kage level shinobi would sacrifice his life to seal the Kyubi despite the many choices to kill it.

"I think he was afraid we would get our hands on it if he kill it. But there must be things he did to that seal." His sensei was a very good person to those he loved but when anyone proved even the slight threat to his loved ones, they would only remember him as a demon.

"It seems we were lucky we took out one of our greatest threat and the Kyubi is now easily accessible to us." White Zetsu knew that only the Konoha Kage was their greatest threat with the Kyubi under his watch, but in just one night, two birds were hit.

"Zetsu, I need you to return to Konoha and check on the seal for anything that might hinder our plans, he might've made the seal beneficial to his son somehow or placed something to impede our motives, I'm not good at fuinjutsu as you are after all." Obito said with suspicion, Minato Namikaze was a mixture of cunning, strategic and smart in one package, it wouldn't do to underestimate his plans.

"Why don't we just take the kid completely?" White Zetsu said curiously.

"It will take about a decade before we have enough resources, and white Zetsu army and power to attempt collecting the other bijuu, we can't have our time babysit a kid. Let the kid be, we'll go after him when the time is right." Obito said and Zetsu nodded before sinking to the floor and disappearing completely.

Laid in bed, Obito thought about the promise made to him. 'Madara said that as soon as he has all the Nine bijuu and the Rinnegan, he could use rinne-rebirth to bring anyone back, Including Minato-sensei and Kushina without dying. And with the Rinnegan, he could cast the infinite tsukuyomi and end all conflicts bringing eternal peace. I'm sorry Minato-sensei, but I have to bring Rin back.' He closed his eyes as he focused on healing, Such thoughts of a man who would do whatever it took to bring the woman he loved back to life, even if it involved burning the world.

Zetsu, Konoha hospital

Zetsu appeared inside the nursery room infront of a crib with a blond haired infant, Naruto. There were some infants at least 10 in other cribs inside the room most likely orphans from the kyubi's attack.

Zetsu unwrapped the blankets around Naruto. For an infant, 'This is a lot of chakra even for a reincarnation of Asura.' Black Zetsu thought. It had existed for a little over a millennium, and had witnessed all 8 reincarnations of both Indra and Asura, this marked the first one of Asura born in the Uzumaki clan. A clan that resulted from one of Asura's children, marrying a red haired man who used the mysterious art of Fuinjutsu, an indigenous extremely rare art that existed before the coming of the Otsutsuki. Unlike the Senju, the Uzumaki were more dangerous with their fuinjutsu.

He watched and even experimented on many of the members of the three clans and their reincarnations, until the mysterious occurrence about 6 centuries ago when some of Hamura's reincarnations brought an unconscious one of their own from the moon and left him on Earth, Zetsu was sure his powers were blocked by one of the Otsutsuki's seals from Kaguya's memories. The man started a clan which became known as the Hyuga and out of what could be called anger, the mad made a seal used to bind all of his youngest as slaves while the eldest became their master, a tradition passed through generations. Even Zetsu didn't dare to approach the clan in fear of drawing attention from the moon dwellers.

However, the biggest surprise came when Asura's 8th reincarnation awoke an unexpected ability, Mokuton, with this ability, Hashirama Senju did what previous reincarnations couldn't, defeat Indra's reincarnation, also one of the strongest among the previous ones. Despite all the growth, Madara never defeated Hashirama but what surprised Zetsu the most, was the fact that this reincarnation of Asura 'killed' Indra's, at the end, Asura's reincarnation seemed fed up with it and went against what Asura was meant to do. This assured Zetsu that the last reincarnation, thanks to Madara damaging the cycle, would not resolve the millennium old feud.

"This guy was crazy." Black Zetsu couldn't help but agree to the statement, after channeling chakra into the baby's stomatch, a seal appeared. his white counterpart couldn't comprehend the ingenuity of the seal. An eight trigram seal, what scared him was the staggering amount of seals incorporated into it, carefully linked to work together without the slightest conflict. 'What the hell is with this guy, he made all this just for a kid?'

Thanks to his fuinjutsu experience from years of studying the Uzumaki style, Black Zetsu saw the function of the seal. Trigram seals were used even before the creation of the Uzumaki clan, they were tricky and hard to understand let alone use, another mystery of the blonde kage's lineage. After about 20 years, Naruto's chakra would be completely compatible with the Kyubi's chakra, after that, the seal will fully open and all of the Kyubi's chakra will be absorbed by Naruto even its conscious and the kyubi will seize to ever be reformed again since its essence is gone and Naruto will become the human with bijuu level reserves and life force. Truly there is a very thin line between madness and genius but this was madness.

Zetsu made 8 handseals before he started removing some of the seal, including the fail safe with the Hokage's and his wife's chakra, he locked the small chakra leak completely and put a seal that will make it easier for them to take the Kyubi in the future. The seal now proved more of a liability than a help the boy's father intended, while it wasn't much compared to other shinobi, 30% of the boy's chakra will be dedicated to holding the Seal with the Kyubi. Cutting off his chakra, Zetsu retracted his hand and the seal disappeared.

"It wouldn't have been funny taking that power after that kid grew up, good thing we checked." White zetsu said, the plant like creature disappeared leaving Naruto asleep.

KONOHA COUNCIL MEETING

Hiruzen Sarutobi, the third hokage of konoha sat at the head of the U-shaped large conference table with shinobi council in the right side while the civilian council was located at the left side of the table. At the left side of the hokage were his two advisors Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado, while at the Hokage's right hand sat Danzo Shimura, leader of konoha's root and an empty seat which was his before Minato's demise.

Hiruzen sat while massaging his head to ease the headache he had, the civilians and shinobi didn't take the news well about the death of the fourth hokage, Minato Namikaze, well. And to add more fuel to the fire was when he told them that the kyubi was sealed into Naruto and despite his own words that Minato wished the child being seen as a hero, many were not quite happy with the source of their grief being alive and still in their village.

While many high level shinobi understood how jinchuuriki's exist and why, unlike the civilians who don't as most of them were driven by their grief as they cried for the death of the demon even if the child died. Needless to say, Hiruzen was disappointed and decided to try to convince the council to prevent the people from malevolent intent to the boy, he seriously regretted disclosing information about Naruto.

"From hence forth, any attempted ill intent towards the boy is punishable by death and so is disclosing information to anyone about his status as the kyubi's container especially to those who dont know and to Naruto himself. He will receive this knowledge himself when he becomes a chunin otherwise he will be an orphan civilian like everyone else. Am I clear?" He said the words with his chakra flaring in all its might scaring and reminding them who was the leader, even if he knew it was a bad decision that could result in severe repercussions it was the best he could come up with in his grief stricken mind caused from his wife's death along with that of his successor.

"Yes, Hokage-sama" They all chorused except for Danzo who decided to voice his opinion.

"Hokage-sama, I don't think that its a wise choice to leave the jinchuuriki untrained." Hiruzen gave him a sharp eye but Danzo was unperturbed by the warning keeping a straight face as the message was non-verbally passed from the Kage'we'll talk about this alone' to which Danzo decided to keep quiet and wait.

"I want the report on the casualties from both civilian and shinobi sides be it the properties destroyed or even the nnumber of people who died or are wounded. Shikaku, as the jonin commander I want you to oversee the process and make sure the law I passed about Naruto's status is understood by everyone, further orders will be provided later, you're all dismissed." Hiruzen said as he got up from his chair while Danzo followed him to his office alone.

HOKAGE'S OFFICE

When they arrived in the office, the third hokage dismissed his ANBU devoiding the room of anyone else but him and Danzo before he set privacy seals.

"Hiruzen, a murder happened during Naruto's birth and we know that someone killed the medics before releasing the kyubi's from Kushina," Danzo said in a serious voice at his once rival. "While we don't know their numbers or level of power, we do know they are resourceful and skilled to force even Minato into such a state."

Danzo knew that Hiruzen was starting to let his emotions to win on him, and he already had enough reasons to actually make a weapon that could make konoha very powerful since the kid could be molded from a young age unlike his mother.

"Danzo, No." Hiruzen said in a firm voice that stopped any argument "The kid will live normally with his emotions intact, as for his training, he will go through the normal process and hopefully make friends his age at the academy." It was the best he could wish for the orphaned jinchuuriki, "After he graduates he will be trained by Kakashi and when he becomes a chunin, Jiraiya will train him." The old hokage looked at the old war hawk in the eye.

"Leave the kid alone, Danzo. I gave you root or isn't that enough?" Hiruzen asked.

Danzo still with his passive face turned around and silently left, he knew he couldn't force the matter anymore.

Alone, Hiruzen couldn't help but have bitter thoughts about the implications of the sharingan shadow in the kyubi's eyes, he really needed to look into their plans with his crystal ball more and find a way to actually curb this rebellion that might brew or maybe it already did. Many shinobi already had seeds planted in their hearts concerning the uphill now.

But the dreadful part was that he has to write a message to Jiraiya to inform him of the disaster of his Student's death and hopefully his student won't stop his spy networks and keep on looking out for any other surprise attacks from other villages in their disorganized condition. He sighed, 'Minato, you would've know what best to do in this situation than this old man and yet you died at such a young age before even fully unlocking your potential and you even left your child an orphan with a bijuu inside him. Biwako I'm going to miss you're nagging'

Naruto, 6 years old

Naruto looked at the fellow new academy students as they are escorted by their parents to the academy building with a giant sign at the front with a kanji for 'fire' on it.

It was his first day too at the academy and only he alone attended amongst others from the orphanage. He didn't know why but people always either showed contempt, fear or indifference towards him. Indifference he could ignore, but why would people have that kind of hate against me? "I've never even done anything to them, dattebayo"he mumbled to himself. Also he could feel people following him in a very subtle way everyday.

After watching enough family drama he got up and walked into the academy towards his class. It wouldn't do to actually draw attention to himself from all the experience at the orphanage. His personality from others' perspective is that he was a quiet boy but in reality, his innocence cover is good when executing big scale pranks in the orphanage with non the wiser, What made the academy different? With his ability do deduce people's location even if it's vaguely, enabled him to actually avoid being caught, it wasn't perfect but it was helpful.

Anyone who saw the blonde boy wearing black baggy pants and a white shirt would mistake his smile for a normal innocent one, unaware how sinister his plans were.

When Naruto got to class, he was the only one there, so he decided to pick a seat at the center of the room near the window. After being alone for a few minutes, other kids started entering the class, besides him sat a blonde haired girl who was a little too talkative and loud. After everyone sat in the class, two shinobi wearing green flack jackets and a forehead protector. A man with a horizontal scar across the bridge of his nose stepped forward and introduced himself.

"My name is Iruka Umino, but you will call me Iruka-sensei. This beside me, " he pointed at the silver haired man on his left, "is Mizuki sensei, you will all respect us and what we will be teaching you if you are to graduate and become shinobi of konoha." Mizuki left after telling them that he'll be teaching them other academic subjects.

"You will be taught various subjects and in various fields every year but we'll begin first year with geography, science, mathematics, reading and writing, politics and crafting arts as your normal academic studies, also you have shinobi studies which involve, shinobi history, rules, chakra, taijutsu, weapons training and trap setting." iruka-sensei decided to go into lecture mode which resulted in almost the entire class falling asleep.

"Today, we'll discuss what chakra is." When he looked the class he could see only a handful people not sleeping, he activated his infamous big head jutsu and freaked the poor kids awake and pale as he repeated his last statement.

Naruto who was among the sleeping kids also woke up. He was interested in becoming one of those powerful shinobi but lectures were really boring for him. As he listened to his sensei talking about chakra and how to actively channel it and the hand seal necessary to summon it, how it is made, Naruto like many of the students in class tried to copy their sensei's hand seal and tried to summon chakra. At least half the class managed to summon some of their chakra but they all felt tired afterwards, Naruto like some others couldn't manage. He tried hard but it felt like he was trying to pull a stone twice his size and it wouldn't budge, he could sense the chakra but he couldn't pull it.

"It's alright if you can't summon your chakra for the first time, you can try it later again so stop and listen to me." Naruto stopped and decided to listen hoping he might find something in his sensei's words that could help.

After classes were over Naruto made his way to his apartment. It was also one of the things that confused him, the orphanage was happy to rid off him when he opted to become a shinobi telling him that he needs to learn to live alone while they still supplied him with enough allowance for food and clothes. Apparently the apartment was already paid for. Despite the looks he got from the villagers, they never denied him service be it food or clothes or any other supplies. It appeared forced, like if they had a choice they would actually just kill him instead.

Only the old man from Ichiraku treated him nicely, which was why he preferred their ramen most of the time. The old man even offered to make him other kind of food for him so he won't be malnutritioned by just eating ramen. Yes he still paid but the old man and his daughter, Ayame made delicious food.

Naruto passed the father and daughter stall picking up his lunch and dinner before rushing to his apartment.

When he locked the door he sat at his living room floor cross legged and meditated like how Iruka-sensei said it would help. He tried to pull his chakra but still felt the same resistance, he tried harder as he held his breath, veins bulged and sweat dripped and felt a small tug before breathing heavily. He went to eat his lunch before taking out his clothes to lessen the heat, settling down to try once more, he pulled even harder at his dantian this time feeling pain at multiple places in his body before he felt hot energy burst from his dantian towards his body, it was simply overwhelming and when he felt the energy reaching his head, it was like a third eye had opened and his brain was overloaded before he fell unconscious on the floor.

The ANBU that normally kept tabs on Naruto felt the chakra spike from the boy and checked only to see that Naruto had just unlocked his chakra and unconscious but otherwise okay and he decided to leave once more.

When Naruto woke up, he was still exhausted and covered in sweat but what he could sense almost blew his mind. Unlike before, mostly because he could now use chakra, he could clearly sense someone on the roof from across him and he could feel clearly the position and moods based on their chakra of everything that has chakra, people, animals and plants' life forces, within 100 meter radius. When he got up in incredulity he was extremely excited at this development. He went to the shower and cleaned himself off the sweat before returning. It was night already and he decided to eat his dinner and go to sleep. It was good that he now has clear sensing abilities which are good in his pranks but he needed rest. He stopped in his tracks at what he saw in his ramen cup.

It was an apple seedling. He ate an apple during his lunch but he knew that seedlings don't grow that fast in just 5 hours. He took the seedling which looked about 3 inches tall, it had a strong life force in it but he shrugged his shoulders before taking one of his ramen cups filled it with soil and put the seedling and some water before putting it on his window and went to sleep not caring about what happened in the slightest.

Later on the ANBU reported to the third hokage that Naruto had unlocked his chakra which was big for a kid his age by a factor. Hiruzen chucked it up to Naruto's parentage and his Jinchuuriki status.

Guys, be careful. In my country, a grown man was raped by a group of 5 highschool girls until he died, they didn't use toys or anything, they just rode him to death, it's like a messed up version of Bible black.

Ideas are also welcomed, since 90% of this story will have new events from canon or fillers, e.g. Chunin exams will be held in Iron country and all five nations will participate in this.

Importantly though, Don't judge how comfortable I make characters as me liking them, despite looking clear, there are a bunch of plot twists and like I said, the antagonists will be more stronger as well as the rest. So please expect major fights. Moreover, please, I want Naruto to face his opponents at their strongest, not weakest, keep that in mind.

Personality, changes will be on Naruto and Hinata. Hinata will have a sort of Kuudere type personality but not cold, more reserved mostly. Naruto will have the switch between Calm collected and Prankster Just like Prof. Stein in Soul eater, but he has that desire for being free of Hiruzen's and Danzo's web like Stewie from Family guy.
