The Journey of The Seeker

"Get away from me!" Chelsea shouted as she unsheathed the sword on her back. She threw off her black cloak and stood, ready to face her opponents.
The men surrounded her, and as one stepped forward with his sword drawn, another shouted at her, "See? She draws her blade against us in hopes that she can save her own hide! We must rid ourselves of this witch!"
There were many shouts of agreement and she shouted back, "I am no witch!"
"She even denies that she is a witch! No human can have the powers you do or your hair color!" More shouts greeted the saying, and they started to close in on Chelsea. When one journeyed too close, she spun her blade and easily disarmed him.
"Leave me in peace or I will do more than disarm all of you!"
"Idle threats! Kill the witch!"
As the circle became tight around her, she mumbled, "Your loss." She went into a frenzy of sword swipes, slaying several of the men. Many others fled.
But the one who was accusing her as a witch remained, and said, "So the witch knows how to wield a blade. But I see a scabbard at your side with another sword it. Why do you not use it witch? Is it too heavy for you?" he taunted.
"That is not your concern. You accuse me of being a witch, and yet you are too cowardly to face me with a blade."
"It is you that will lose in a fight against me, witch."
"Then let us see who fares the best!" Chelsea shouted as she charged at the man with her blade pointing at him. Her blade collided with his in a shower of sparks as Orna steel clashed with human steel. Chelsea's blade served her well as her opponent's blade was snapped in two pieces. Then man fell to the ground as she pointed her sword at his throat. "Do you still believe that I lose the fight?"
The man vigorously shook his head and croaked, "N.no! I.I was only joking!"
"It's not surprising that cowards can tell such annoying lies. I have a question for you. If I were in your place, would you spare me?"
He nodded his and said, "Of course! I would never kill someone weaker than me! Honest!"
She made as if to put her sword away and said, "What a pitiful liar. It didn't seen to bother you before if I was killed. You only say that so you can save your skin. Well, I guess I can't expect anything else from cowards like you." As she spoke those words, she stabbed the man in the heart. "A coward shall die a death that fits his way of life." She wiped off her sword, sheathed it, picked up her cloak, and left the site of the battle, with the only witnesses the stars in the heavens.
