The Shield: Season One Episode One
Synopsis: Roman is getting released from prison after serving a two year sentence for a murder charge and Jessica meets him. As night falls on the way home Roman pulls off to a dark vacant lot and gets busy with Jessica. The next day the rest of the gang throw a welcome home party at Dean's house as Dean grills steaks then the gang is hired to then take out a woman's brother who's daughter accused him of molesting her and Roman personally wants to take the guy out. Plus, at the end of the night Roman proposes to Jessica

The prison door banged against each other as they open and as Roman watched them open. He was being released after serving a two year prison sentence for a murder chaarge and was being released on good behavior. Roman nodded to the prison gaurd as he walked out. He saw Jessica waiting by the car and he smiled walking over. Jessica smiled as he walked over. Roman threw his bag down on the group and pulled her to him and pulled her into a kiss
"Welcome home baby." Jessica said with a smiled on her face. She hadn't seen him in two years but he still look hot as ever. "Amelia is excited to see you."
Roman kissed her again. "Feels do good to be out." He said. "I'm excited to see her. Lets go". Jessica held up to the keys and Roman grabbed them then picked up his bag and sat it in the backseat then got in the car as Jessica buckled up. Roman started the car and smirked. "God I missed this sound." He said
"I think the car missed you." She said. Roman smiled and grabbed her hand then pulled out of the parking lot and drove down the street. A few hours later, it has gotten dark and Jessica is in the passenger seat asleep. She wakes up as Roman pulls up to a stop light. "Mmm what time is it?" She asked as she stretched. Roman bit his lip as her skirt slid up her thigh a bit and tried to ignore the tightening of his pants. "Just after 8." He said
"I must have slept all day." She said fixing her clothes. Roman paid attention to the road. "Yeah." He said. He hadn't seen her in over two years even though he talked to her nor had he had sex with her so of course he had a lot of sexual frustration built up, he bit his lip since Jessica dressed a little to sexy for his liking. She was only meant for his eyes. "You okay baby?" She asked
"Yeah just can't wait to get home." He said. Jessica smiled at him and rubbed his arm. "Must have a lot of frustration built up. I've missed sleeping next to you." She said. She started rubbing his thigh and Roman had to lick his lips since her hand was a little to close to his area. She was teasing now, a few minutes went by and Roman found a dark empty lot
"What are you doing?" She asked. Roman turned the car off and got out walking over to her side of the car and opening her door. "Come on." He said. Jessica unbuckled her seat belt and got out hearing Roman shut the door. Roman grabbed her and pushed her up against the car and began kissing her. Jessica kissed him back as Roman wrapped her legs around his waste.
A another few minutes go by and Roman is thrusting into Jessica making the car sake and Jessica is having to bit her knuckle to keep from screaming out. Roman leaned over and kissed her hard. "Daddy's close baby." He said. Jessica licked her lips. "Cum in me daddy." She said Roman thrusted into her a few more times before releasing into her with a grunt. The couple stayed close together as Roman came down from his high. Roman slowly pulled out and tucked himself back into his pants then helped Jessica off the car and helped her fixed her clothes. "Now lets get home." He said kissing her again
The next day
Roman wakes up to the bedroom door opening and the bed sinking. "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" Amelia said. Roman rubs his eyes and looks at her. "Good morning baby girl." He said sitting up. "Come here." He said. Amelia crawled over to him and he sat her in his lap. "I missed you daddy." She said
"I missed you too." He said and kissed her head then began tickling her making her laugh. Jessica walked out of the bathroom and smiled at them. Amelia looked over. "Hi mommy." She said
"Hi baby." She said sitting with them on the bed. The dog ran in and jumped on the bed and barked. "Good morning Ace." Roman said petting him. Ace looked up at him and wagged his tail. "We gotta head to Dean's soon so we should get ready." Jessica said. "Yeah. Okay sweetie go pick out your clothes and mommy will come and help you get dressed." Roman said
"Okay." Amelia climbed off the bed and ran down the hall to her room. Roman got up and slipped on a pair of shorts and walked into the bathroom. "Should I shave babe?" He asked.
"That's up to you." She said. Roman looked at his face in the mirror, he had grown a beard since being in prison. "I think I'll just trim it up." He said.
"Okay well hurry up." She said. Roman gave her a thumbs up and started to trim his beard. Jessica went to help Amelia get dressed then got dressed her self. An hour goes by and everyone is dressed
Roman pulled Jessica into a kiss and smiled. "You look amazing baby." He said. Jessica smiled back. "You don't look to bad yourself." She said and kissed him again. "Okay lets go before Dean starts blowing up the phone." He said
Roman grabbed the keys and followed them out of the house. Over at Dean's house, he had just finished the steaks when Seth ran out onto the porch. "Roman's here!" Seth said. Dean sat the plate he was holding down on the table. "Okay everyone hide. Seth bring him out." Dean said. Seth nodded and ran back inside. Everyone got into position, inside Roman pulled Seth into a hug. "Its been a long two years." He said
"Oh yeah." Roman said smiling. Seth lead them outside. "I was thoroughly convinced that Dean was counting down the days as soon as you went in that prison." He said.
"I wouldn't put it passed him." Roman said and turned around. Everyone jumped out and said surprise. Roman was taken back by it and almost fell. "Oh my god. Thank you guys so much." He said. Brianna ran up onto the porch and hugged him. "And you're welcome." She said hugging him. Roman hugged her back and looked at Dean
Dean smiled and hugged him. "Welcome home man." He said. Roman nodded. "Feels good to be home." He said. "Now I smell steaks." He sadi
"Yeah you do. I made steaks so lets eat them before they get cold." Dean said. The group walked over to the table. After a few minutes of eating Tianna speaks up. "So Roman how was it in there?" She asked. Roman took a sip of his drink. "Like any other prison. Hated the guards though." He said
"No bragging Seth." Brianan said. Seth holds his hands up. "Hey I don't know how I've managed to avoid prison or getting arrested but I have." Seth said
"Considered yourself lucky." Roman said holding Jessica's hand and starts to wonder if he remembers where he put the engagement ring he was gonna give Jessica. He was gonna propse to her but then he got arrested but he knows now he's going to considering he's been with her for 6 years. Jessica leaned over and kissed his bearded cheek. Angel watched Dean go into the house talking on the phone
"So how did you guys hold it down while I was gone?" Roman asked looking around. "Well if you count Seth breaking my nose I think we did okay." Brianna said
"You broke her nose?" Roman asked looking Seth. Seth running hand through his hair. "Yes by accident I didn't know she was behind the door when I kicked it open." He said.
Roman shook his head and laughed at them. Bri and Seth had always picked at each other but since being in prison he had missed it. Dean walked outside. "Sorry guys but we just got hired for a hit." Dean said. Roman kissed Jessica on the cheek as he got up. "I'll see you tonight." He said
"Okay be safe." She said. Roman nodded and followed everyone into the house. They suit up and head to the office. "Two years later and the vest still fits me. Even after I put on more muscle" Roman said. Brianna chuckled at him as they got out of the car. "You grew into it." She said
Roman nodded as they walked in. "She's in the office and welcome back Roman." Diamond said and hugged him. Roman hugged her back. "Good to be back." He said. Diamond patted him on the back as they walked into the room. "Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell." Dean said
"That's us." Kayla said. Dean sat in the chair across from them as Roman sat beside him. "So you're daughter accused your brother of molesting her?" He asked
"Yes. She had bruises to prove it. She still has some." James said. Kayla grabbed his hand. "We even had a rap kit done." He said
"How old is your daughter?" Roman asked. They sigh. "She's 5." Kayla said. Roman sat back in his chair. "Same age as my daughter." Roman said
"We want him dead." James said. Dean nodded. "Is that what you want?" He asked
"Yes it is. He raped our daughter and we want him dead." He said. Dean looked at the other guys. "Seth you know what to do. What is your brothers name?" He asked
"Jason. We put a restraining order against him but he keeps calling us." He said. Kayla held James' hand and looked at them. "But before you kill him we want him tortured."
"Seth track him." Dean said. "Got it." Seth said and walked out. "How much should we pay you?" Kayla asked
"Whatever you want." He said. They nodded. "Don't you worry we'll get him. What's your daughter's name?" Roman asked
"Elizabeth." James said. Dean nodded. "Thank you. We will let you know when its done." Dean said. "Thank you." James said shaking his hand
Brianna watches as Kayla and James drive off as Diamond searches up everything on Jason. "What you get so far Di?" Roman asked as he walked in
"Well he recently got fired from his job due to the molesting accusations and he got evicted from his apartment." She said. Roman nodded. "You have a picture of him?" He asked
"Not yet but I did find something interesting on him though. He takes a large sum of cash out of a bank account every Friday." She said as Roman looked at the screen.
"You got a picture of him?" Brianna asked. "Yeah just a minute." Diamond rolled her chair over to the printer and grabbed the picture. "Here it is." She said
Brianna grabbed the picture and looked at it. "Wait a minute he looks familiar." She said
Roman looked at her. "You know him?" He asked
Brianna shrugged. "I don't know but its looks like a guy that used to hang around the club Eric works at. He was obsessed with Eric." She said
Dean walked in hanging up his phone. "Seth said he's tracked Jason down but I told him to follow him till were ready to take him out." Dean said
"Bri says Jason looks familiar." Tianna said
"Where does he look familiar from?" Dean asked. "He looks like that guy that used to hang around the club Eric works at. He was obsessed with him." She said
"Okay lets go see if Eric recognizes him. Seth said he was sending you those photos he got of Jason." Dean said. "Got it." Diamond said
Brianna walked into the club holding the door open for everyone else. She looked around but didn't see Eric. One of dancers recognized her. "Eric's getting ready in the back." She said
"He in his dressing room?" She asked. The dancer nodded. "He's in his dressing room." She said and the rest followed her. Brianna knocked on the door when she walked up and heard Eric say come in from inside. Brianna opened the door and walked and saw Eric smile as he saw her
Eric laid he brush down and turn around in his chair. "What do I owe this pleasure?" He asked. "Well you get me in your bed every night." She said. Eric smirked. "That I do." He said and stood up
Eric walked over and kissed her. "Okay we don't have time for you two to have sex in front of us." Dean said. Brianna laughed. "We uh need your help." She said
"You need my help?" He asked as he saw Roman walk in. "When did you get home?"
"Yesterday." He said closing the door. Eric nodded. "Okay so what do you need my help with?" He asked
Brianna pulled the picture of Jason out of her pocket and showed it to him. "You recognize him?" She asked. Eric looked at the picture. "Yeah. He used to be here every night but I haven't seen in a few weeks. He was obsessed with me."
"When was he hear last?" Tianna asked. "Three weeks ago. We banned him after he went crazy." He said. "He tried to get me to sleep with him but I declined he went ballistic." He said. "That's how I ended up with this scar on my arm. Let me guess you guys got hired to take him out."
"Yeah. His niece accused him of molesting her." Dean said. "Oh man than he deserves to be taken out." He said. "Eric you're on." The manager said through the door. "I gotta go." He said grabbing his jacket and giving Brianna a kiss
Later that day Seth had tracked down Jason and is now following. He has followed him to a local bar. He answers his phone. "Hey hows it going?" Dean asked
"Fine I followed him to a local bar. He's talking with a couple guys." Seth said. "Stay on him. We won't take him out till we know where he's staying. He got evicted from his place not too long ago and fired from his job." Dean said
"Yeah sure thing." He said. "I'll stay on him." He said. "Good." Dean said and hung up as Roman walked over to him. "Whats up?"
"I want to personally take this guy out." Roman said. "You know what happened last time you did that." Dean said
"Yes I do but this time I won't shoot him I'll just torture him and stab him to death. Besides the gun I have is untracable no serial number or nothing. Jessica got it from a gun dealer." He said. Dean sighed. "Okay. We'll take him out when it gets dark." Dean said. "Good." Roman said.
That night, Seth follows Jason to an apartment house and watches him walk into the apartment at the far end of the buliding across the street from a Golden Corral. He grabbed his phone and called Dean. "I followed to an apartment building and he went into an apartment at the far end of the buidling across the street from a Golden Corral." He said.
"Okay we'll be there." He said and hung up. Roman looked at Brianna. "You still smoke?" He asked. "Never stopped." She said as Dean walked out. "Lets on Ti." He said
The gang pulls up to the apartment building and get out of the car. "Far end of the aparment second floor." Seth said. "Lets go." Dean said. Roman and Brianna stand on opposite sides of the door and Roman knocked on the door. Jason opened the door and Brianna pointed the gun at him. "In." She said
Jason holds his hands up as he backs up. "Whoa, whoa, whoa what is this?" He asked. "You wanna rape little girls huh? What kinda of a sick human does that?" Roman asked as he punched him down
"Who are you people?" He asked. Roman grabs him by the neck and presses him against the wall as Tianna lowered the blinds and Dean turns the stereo up. "I didn't rape anyone." Jason said and groaned as Roman started hitting him
After a few minutes Jason is bleeding from the nose mouth and where Roman stabbed in the leg. "No more. Please no more." Jason said. "Shut-up." Brianna said and kicked him the face. Roman kneel down beside him holding a knife. "You molested your niece and now your sister wants you dead." Roman said
"I'm sorry I didn't mean too." He said. "Sorry ain't gonna cut it." He said and began stabbing him repeatedly Jason screaming everytime but the stereo drowned out his screams. Jason screamed loudly each time Roman stabbed him but his screams stopped as he bled out and Roman kicked him to make sure he was dead
"Lets go." Dean said. Brianna and Seth roll up Jason's body and they take him to a nearby field and bury him. Back at the clubhouse Dean and Roman sits on the couch drinking a beer. "So did you get any fights while you were in there?" He asked. "A few. Beat the crap out of the inmate and he was in the infirmary for like 6 months." He said
"Damn." He said laughing. "Prison changed you a little." He said. "Its changed you. It changes everybody. My dad disowned me first time I went to prison but oh well."
"Both of my parents are dead." He said. Roman looked at the clock. "We better get home." He said. "Yeah lets go." Dean said
A couple hours later, Roman walks into the house seeing Jessica sitting on the couch reading. "You're home." She said and licked her lips seeing in him in a vest. Roman nodded taking his vest off and hanging it up then taking off his tank top. "I'm gonna go change real quick." He said giving her a kiss
Jessica nodded watching him walk down the hall. Roman walked down the hall and checked on Amelia smiling as he saw she was asleep. He closed the door and walked into the bedroom smiling at Ace and petted him on the head then changed his clothes. Roman opened the dresser and looked through till he found what he was looking for. Smiling he opened the box and looked at the ring watching it glisten in the light
"There we go." He closes the box. "Come here Ace." He said. Ace jumped off the bed and walked over to him. He kneeled down. "Take this to Jessica." He said putting the box in Ace's mouth. Ace ran into the living room and stared up at Jessica. "What do you have in your mouth?" She asked. Ace walked over to her and Jessica took the box out of his mouth and wiped it off and then opened the box seeing it was a ring
"What the?" She asked and looked at Roman as he walked in. Roman grabbed her hand and helped her stand up. "You waited for me for two years even though you didn't have too. You raised our daughter by yourself and for that I love you." He gave her a kiss then took the ring and got on one knee
"This past 6 years have been the best years of my life. You've made me the happiest man on this planet. What greater thing is there for two human souls that to feel that they are joined… to strengthen each other… to be at one with each other in silent unspeakable memories. I love you, not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you, not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me. Now Jessica Dawn Martinez-Hardy you will do the honors in becoming my wife?" Roman asked
Jessica covers in her mouth in shock as tears run down her face. "Yes." She nodded. Roman smiled putting the ring on her finger then standing up and pulling her into a kiss. Jessica kissed him back putting her arms around his neck. Roman grabbed her hand and took her into the bedroom
