Frisk has been on her own ever since she freed the monsters by breaking the Barrier that trapped them in the Underground. She had kept the photo on her phone she and the monsters took before she left to not only pursue her life but also to let the monsters have their own lives as well. She wished she could've done something to help Asriel from becoming Flowey after she was forced to battle him.
Frisk was hoping she could get her mind off of it. She was planning on taking a vacation that would hopefully get her away from the difficult choices she had to make as walked through the streets alone.
Frisk walked through the sidewalk in a city, where, in an unexplained twist of fate, something smacked onto her face, which made her freeze in place comically. She grabs the object off her face and it was revealed to be an unusually large ticket that says "Special". When she turned around, it was revealed to be a vacation ticket to an island known as...
"The Island Of The Unknown."
Frisk was suspicious of why this island resort was given such a title. The ticket has not been signed by anyone. In fact, there is no picture of what the island would look like. It may be something that is traditional to The Island Of The Unknown. It was not supposed to be revealed by anyone by owner, info, media, or anything. Frisk's heart sped up in nervousness, but also out of curiosity.
She continued to walk, wondering about how she should get to the island. She couldn't get to a plane. And driving a car is out of the question because she never took driving lessons. Then, out of sheer coincidence, she finds a cruise just now packing people. Frisk thought quick and runs as fast as she could. She managed to get in the middle of the crowd and waited until she gets to the guard that signs the tickets. After the guard signs her ticket, she was about to hop onto the cruise when the guard's hand touched her shoulder.
"Where are you parents, miss?" The guard said in a dark, but calm voice.
"They're on the boat, Sir." Frisk replied with a perfectly confident voice with no signs of lying in her voice.
This causes the guard to be fooled by Frisk's lying as she hops onto the boat. She was one of the last passengers of the boat before it moves for another boat to pick up another bunch of passengers who are willing to stay at the resort...
When she was stuck on the boat with people she didn't know for 3 days, she was staying in her room, mostly thinking about how her vacation would go. Every time she would fall asleep at night, she would feel somebody about the same size as her cuddling her in the bedroom, wearing soft and smooth clothing. She thought it was just her dreams messing around with her, but clearly...
Something unusual would occur in this upcoming stay at the resort...
When the 3-day gap was closed, and as she got off the boat, her eyes widened at the sight of the island. The one word she could describe this island was...
Advanced...
The resort has everything in store for kids, teens, and adults: Waterslides, rides, hot tubs, compatible WI-FI for every phone, it even has every food and drink in some mysterious dispensers. It also has the right swimming suits for everyone in both genders and all ages and sizes. But the one thing that stood out... was how advanced the Island is.
It's like this island resort alone was decades ahead of the rest of the world in terms of technology. Frisk was amazed at how the island would be so technologically advanced. No wonder The Island Of The Unknown has 5-star reviews all the time. Frisk snapped out of her gaze and walked to get the receptionist, who was a female, to sign her stay. Once she did so, she learned that the ticket she has is waterproof. She tested it, and it was how it was told.
But there was one area that no one completed or even tried to finish...
It was the Challenge Area...
Frisk was escorted by the receptionist to the Challenge Area. She explains that although it is not prohibited to play in, at Midnight, the Challenge Area will open up and lead into a dark tunnel that no one dared tried to swim in. Frisk was a little shaken by the thought of what could happen if she went into the tunnel at the Challenge Area.
After the receptionist leaves, she undresses at the bathroom where she would wear a swimming suit that would fit her perfectly.
This would be one vacation she couldn't possibly forget...
