He insisted on it, even though Misaki kept saying he was tired, he had been up all night yesterday working on a paper, but no, he dragged him outside to a carnival, because he said "that's what normal couples do", to which Misaki protested that they were neither normal nor a couple.
Nevertheless, they ended up going, and Misaki had a fantastic time. And, although he hated to admit it, he knew it wasn't because of the rides or the food or the prizes, even though those were all great, too.
He knew it was because of him.
And, somewhere deep inside him, he knew that he really didn't mind.
AN: REALLY REALLY SHORT. This was actually made as part of a meme. The rules were to put a music player on random and write something related to the theme of the song in the timeframe of the song.
